| As the source of education,teachers’ physical and mental health are important factors related to the quality of education.However,contemporary education emphasizes student-centered education and teachers’ feelings are ignored.In recent years,although there are many researches on teacher burnout,they are mainly focused on English,physical education subjects,preschool and universities.There are few researches on high school mathematics teacher burnout.In addition,the education of minority areas is a short board of our education,so this paper studies the vocational pressure,teaching efficacy,occupational burnout of high school mathematics teachers in minority areas as well as their relationship,hoping to provide certain guidance and reference for the educational development of minority areas.First of all,by combing relevant domestic and foreign literature,the core concepts were defined and research tools were determined.Citespace 5.8.R3 visualization software was used for analyzing the research content,research hotspots and research trends in this field.Secondly,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method,taking the teacher occupational stress,teaching efficacy and job burnout scale as the measuring tool,taking the high school mathematics teachers in Beihai City as the research object.Collating and analyzing the data of 512 valid questionnaires by SPSS20.0 and SPSSPRO software.In addition,the discussion is carried out based on the content of the interview.The results are as follows:(1)The vocational pressure and job burnout of high school mathematics teachers in minority areas are more serious,and the level of teaching efficacy is not high.(2)There are no significant differences in occupational stress,teaching efficacy,job burnout and other dimensions of high school mathematics teachers in minority areas in terms of gender,teaching years,teaching grades and marital status.There are significant differences in occupational stress,teaching efficacy and job burnout among teachers with different educational backgrounds.The higher the educational background,the lower the level of stress and burnout,and the higher the level of teaching efficacy.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between occupational stress and teaching efficacy and each dimension,and occupational stress has a significant negative predictive effect on teaching efficacy;There is a significant positive correlation between teacher stress and burnout,and occupational stress has a significant positive predictive effect on job burnout.There is a negative correlation between teaching efficacy and burnout,and teaching efficacy has a negative impact on teacher burnout.(4)Teaching efficacy plays a partial mediating role and a negative moderating role between occupational stress and job burnout.According to the current situation of vocational stress,teaching efficacy and job burnout of high school mathematics teachers in minority areas,as well as the research on the influence mechanism of teaching efficacy on occupational stress and job burnout,the author puts forward specific suggestions from the two aspects of reducing teachers’ pressure and improving teachers’ teaching efficacy,in order to alleviate the degree of teachers’ job burnout. |
