| With the development of educational informationization,the demands of learners for educational and teaching methods are becoming increasingly intelligent,personalized,and diversified.Traditional classroom teaching modes have become inadequate to meet the requirements of modern education.Informationized teaching has become an effective means to satisfy the learning needs of learners in the era of educational informationization.Meanwhile,As implementers of teaching activities in rural schools,rural teachers’ level of informationized teaching competency to some extent determines the quality of rural education.Therefore,this study takes rural junior high school teachers in X District of Y City as the research object to explore the current status and existing problems of the informationized teaching competency of rural junior high school teachers.Firstly,through literature analysis,relevant theories were summarized and core concepts were defined.Based on existing research results,this study delved deeper into the issue of informationized teaching competency of rural junior high school teachers,defined the research dimensions,and developed and distributed a survey questionnaire based on actual situations.The study analyzed the current status and existing problems of informationized teaching competency of rural junior high school teachers in X District of Y City.The survey results showed that the overall level of informationized teaching competency of rural junior high school teachers in X District of Y City was average,with differences in scores among different dimensions.The teachers’ professional character competency was good,but there were low levels of integration of information technology and curriculum,inadequate guidance in informationized pedagogy,lack of ability in informationized academic evaluation,and low initiative in adopting informationized teaching.Secondly,based on data analysis and teacher interviews,the study analyzed the main reasons for these issues from the perspectives of education departments,schools,and individual teachers.Finally,in response to the prominent problems identified in the investigation of informationized teaching competency of rural junior high school teachers,the study proposed corresponding optimization strategies,including:improving the teacher education system at the education department level;building a good informationized teaching environment at the school level;and actively enhancing teachers’ own informationized teaching competency at the individual teacher level. |
