With the promulgation of the new curriculum standard and the rapid development of information technology in the compulsory education stage,the comprehensive quality of it teachers is required to be more comprehensive,multi-angle and in-depth,teaching competence has become a hot topic in education.What adjustments and improvements in knowledge,skills and competencies are needed in the it classroom in primary schools today? How can schools make demands to match teachers’ abilities with the school’s goals? However,there are still many problems in information science and technology curriculum in primary schools,such as "Marginalization",single teaching mode and similar teaching methods with other subjects.This research is aimed at the primary school information technology teacher teaching competence research,through the compilation of Primary School Information Technology Teacher Teaching Competence Evaluation Index,to evaluate the current development level of teaching competence of information technology teachers in a city of Inner Mongolia,and to analyze the adaptability of teachers to the new curriculum standards and possible problems,finally,give the countermeasures and training suggestions to improve teaching competence.This study used literature,questionnaire survey,interviews,classroom observation of the combination of triangular cross-certification to get the level of development of teaching competence line.Cite Space,SPSS and Nvivo are used to analyze the data of different research methods,which can get the most reliable results,make every effort to achieve the accuracy and scientific research results.First of all,to determine the teaching competence as the key words of this study,using the key words to consult the policy documents issued by the state,educational journals and hownet,etc.,the analysis of the sorted literature and the classification of the effective information provide theoretical support for the study.Then,on the basis of the competence iceberg model,the paper constructs a brand-new primary school it teachers’ teaching competence model with the consideration of TPACK theory and it teachers’ competence,and combs out the secondary indicators according to the literature,after being revised by three experts in related fields,the three-level indicators are refined and the final model of primary school it teachers’ teaching competence is formed.Then,according to the characteristics of the three-level indicators,determine the three-level indicators of the evaluation means.After the confirmation,the questionnaire,interview outline and classroom observation form were compiled.Questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation were carried out in turn,and the recovered data were coded and visualized by using corresponding tools.Finally,this paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the teaching competence of it teachers in primary schools,and puts forward some strategies to improve the teaching competence of it teachers in primary schools,it is helpful to increase the achievements in the field of theoretical research on teaching competence of it teachers in primary schools.In addition,the teaching competence evaluation model of information technology teachers in primary schools can be used as a tool to conduct teaching evaluation,guide teachers to arrange classroom teaching,assist teaching,and screen teachers systematically,to help the selection and appointment of teachers,to evaluate teachers’ teaching competence,to determine whether teachers’ ability is consistent with the school’s educational and teaching development goals.To review the whole process of this survey,the author sorted out the thoughts of this study and put forward corresponding suggestions for future in-depth research,find out the deficiencies of this survey and reflect on the process of the survey.For the late research of the project,we will comprehensively improve the scientific nature and depth of the problem,improve the deficiencies,and hope to get more real and effective results. |
