| With the reform of basic education in our country,the whole society is increasingly eager for quality teachers.As the most prominent group of teachers,the rise of famous teachers is not only full of realistic demands of the development of The Times,but also mixed with Chinese people’s ardent expectations for education.The high quality development of education calls for the rise of famous teachers and the sustainable development of the whole teacher group also needs the professional guidance of famous teachers.Therefore,studying the professional growth of famous teachers in colleges and universities can further optimize the growth path of famous teachers,provide some enlightenment and thinking for the professional growth of ordinary teachers,further promote the construction of college teachers,improve the quality of education in higher education stage,and promote the reform and development of higher education.This study focuses on the professional growth of a famous teaching teacher in western universities,collects original materials by using literature method and case study method,restores the real state of his professional growth through the research object’s professional growth story,classroom teaching,educational philosophy,teaching style and other perspectives,and extracts the core content of his professional growth on this basis.It is found that their professional growth difficulties are mainly manifested in the following three aspects:first,the subjects are faced with the dilemma of lack of professional identity during the entry adjustment period;Secondly,in the stable accumulation period,they mainly face the dilemma of insufficient professional growth environment support.Finally,in the post-prestigious development period,we mainly face the dilemma of mismatch between growth demand and cultivation mechanism.In view of the dilemma of professional growth of the above research objects,this study tries to propose optimization strategies to promote the professional growth of famous teachers from the following three dimensions:first,to stimulate the endogenous power of teachers’ professional identity;Second,update and optimize the external environment of teachers’ professional growth;Third,seek opportunities for professional growth in diversified training.The purpose of this study is to review the current policies and strategies on the professional growth of famous teachers implemented by relevant departments through the professional growth of the research object,hoping to reform the current teacher training model. |
