A century-old plan is based on education;a grand plan for education is based on teachers.College teachers are the backbone of the development of higher education and the decisive factor affecting the quality of college education.Famous teacher of university teaching are outstanding representatives of excellent teachers in colleges and universities.Their professional growth experience is a valuable educational asset.Researching the group of Famous teacher of university teaching in colleges and universities,discovering and summarizing their successful experience and practices,is helpful to promote the professional growth of college teachers and cultivate And the construction of high-level teachers has important practical significance.Therefore,this study chose 70 famous teacher of university teaching at the national level as the research object,through the analysis and interpretation of their text materials,construction of the specialty literacy structure of famous teacher of university teaching and the generated path,to explore the factors affecting the professional growth of teaching masters in universities and growth pattern,so as to colleges and universities young teacher's professional growth can draw lessons from the enlightenment and experience are put forward.This research is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction,which introduces the reason for the topic selection,research significance,literature review,research methods and core concepts.Through combing the existing literature,introduce and comment on relevant domestic and foreign research.The second part is the theoretical basis.The theoretical basis involved in this research mainly includes teacher professional development theory,teaching academic theory,adult learning theory and reflective practice theory.The third part is for the design and implementation of the research,which clarifies the research samples,and makes quantitative analysis and discussion on the personal background information of famous teacher of university teaching,such as gender,region,teaching age,discipline,educational background,administrative position,overseas experience and published papers.The fourth part is the analysis of the structure of the professional literacy of famous teacher of university teaching and the analysis of its generation path.It is concluded that the specialty literacy of the famous teacher of university teaching is embodied in four aspects: education idea,professional knowledge,professional ability and teacher ethics.The generation path of the specialty literacy of famous teacher of university teaching can be summarized as lifelong learning,teaching reform research,teaching and research interaction and practical reflection The fifth part is the analysis of the factors that affect the professional literacy of famous teacher of university teaching,and it is concluded that internal and external factors jointly promote the professional growth of famous teacher of university teaching.Internal factors include firm belief,sincere love,perseverance,and behavioral characteristics such as being brave to innovate,self-managing,and diligent in practice;external factors include national policy guidance and support,school support and training,and key others Influence and help as well as feedback and motivation from students.The sixth part is the conclusion and discussion,analyzing and discussing the characteristics of long-term,phased and individual differences in the growth of famous teachers,as well as the "Matthew effect",the law of complexity,and the law of "symbiotic effect".The seventh part introduces the enlightenment and suggestions to promote the professional growth of young teachers.It is pointed out that individual teachers should establish the consciousness of active development and lifelong learning,pay attention to improving the level of education and teaching,and learn self-management and self-motivation;colleges and universities should improve the teaching operation mechanism,standardize the teacher management system and create a good cultural environment;the government should improve and Implement relevant education policies,guarantee the treatment level of young teachers,and create a social ethos of "respecting teachers and valuing education".
