Our country does not only attach importance to the increase of quantity but also to the qualitative improvement of preschool education.The preschool teachers' professional quality is the most important factor which affecting the improvement of the quality of preschool education.Recent years,our country promote “Childhood Education at an early age”,which is not only attaches importance to preschool education,but also the requirement of the quality of preschool education,it is also include the requirements for the professional growth of preschool teachers.Complying with the development and requirements of the Times,preschool teachers' professional should not only be increased in quantity,but also strengthen in quality.Famous Teachers' Studio is the result of our country pays more and more attention to preschool education and the continuous reform of modern education.It is a learning organization that famous teachers devote to promote new teachers' professional.Promote the backbone preschool teachers' professional develop in the area,so as to set as an example for the reset of the preschool teachers' professional improvement in the area.Based on the theory of learning organization,teacher education theory and teacher professional growth theory,this research adopts the methods of literature,case study,investigation and observation to study the actual operation mode of Wang Weihong's famous teacher's studio,in order to find out what approaches and the results have been achieved that Wang Weihong's famous teacher studio has adopted to preschool teachers' professional growth to the presenter himself,to the preschool teachers in the kindergarten which the Studio is relying on,and to the preschool teachers in radiation areas.And also find out the problems in Wang Weihong's famous teacher studio,such as ambiguous orientation and direction of development,inadequate activity forms,and lack of focusing and training on preschool teachers,the shortcomings of cohesion need to be improved,lack of evaluation of leadership effectiveness and do on.And finally,analyze factors that influencing the Studio's policy of promoting the professional growth of preschool teachers.Finally,give the corresponding suggestions.
