High School Academic Proficiency Test is not only a significant basis for testing students’academic level,but also an important system to assure the availability of education.With the continuous promotion of the new National College Entrance Examination reform,the High School Academic Proficiency Test has become a vital part both in examination and educational research.Based on the relevant theories of pedagogy and examination,this paper uses literature research,comparative analysis and case analysis to study the test question of History in Ningxia High School Academic Proficiency Test in the past ten years.The main text includes three parts.The first section makes a brief overview of the Ningxia High School Academic Proficiency Test,investigating the propositional basis of test question.This part first discusses the changes in the educational proficiency examination system from the national level,then describes the changes of the Ningxia academic proficiency examination,and eventually describes the propositional basis of the Ningxia high school history educational proficiency examination.Analyzing and comparing by charts,the second part focusing on the contents,structure and feature of test question in Ningxia High School Academic Proficiency Test in the past decade.It starts with analysis of structure of paper and question type,then analyze the distribution and proportion of the distribution of each topic and knowledge points in test and textbook,finally retrospect the history of test question.It found that the test question had a contemporary,open,flexible,pluralistic and repetitive style,which prefers on Special Subjects on History,aiming at test students’ mastery of basic knowledge and main point.The third section are suggestions on the proposals and teaching preparation for the History in Ningxia High School Academic Proficiency Test.First of all,it pointed out the shortcomings of the test question in the past ten years.Considering some test are too simple,full of common sense,some are not rigorous enough,some lack of Ningxia’s regional history,here personal suggestions are made:(1)Optimize the content of the test,(2)Pay attention to the rigor,of propositions,(3)Reasonably increase the test of Ningxia’s regional history.Secondly,on the basis of the preceding research,some superficial suggestions for the preparation of high school history instruction are put forward:strengthen basic knowledge and construct a knowledge system;Focus on the development of basic skills;Direct students to pay attention to contemporary political hot spots;Skillfully use past questions to grasp the style of questions;Keep abreast of the textbooks and carefully study the Curriculum Standards and Examination Instructions;Pay attention to the cultivation of core competencies.
