| As the first environment for students’ growth and development,family,as the first teacher of children,plays an important role in the process of children’s growth and development.Therefore,how to improve parents’ educational ability and quality has become a top priority.Since 1992,China has been emphasizing the support of schools and Society for parent education guidance.With the promulgation of China’s parent education promotion law,parent education has been further promoted to the height of national legislation.At the same time,many scholars believe that in the process of parent education,teachers’ guidance to parents is the most direct and effective way.The junior middle school stage coincides with the key stage of students’ physical and mental development,and many bad problems also occur frequently at this stage.As a direct guide,the professionalism of junior middle school teachers’ parent education guidance needs to be improved.There are some problems,such as lack of guidance power,lack of professional knowledge and ability,and single guidance method and content.Therefore,how to improve junior middle school teachers’ professional self-awareness of parent education guidance,so as to improve the professionalism of their guidance,has become the focus of this study.Based on the existing theory,literature basis and practical understanding,this study mainly investigates the professional consciousness of junior middle school teachers in parent education guidance from the following five aspects: professional conscious cognition,professional conscious motivation,professional conscious knowledge and ability,professional conscious behavior and professional conscious emotion.This study uses the method of questionnaire to collect the data of junior middle school teachers’ professional consciousness of parent education guidance.By analyzing the data,this paper expounds the problem of junior middle school teachers’ professional consciousness of parent education guidance,and puts forward the strategies of how to improve junior middle school teachers’ professional consciousness of parent education guidance.Research shows that overall,among the professional awareness of middle school teachers in conducting parent education guidance,professional awareness is the best,followed by professional conscious emotions,professional conscious knowledge and abilities,professional conscious behavior,and finally professional conscious motivation.Specifically,junior high school teachers have a clear understanding of family education guidance and are able to take it seriously.However,due to factors such as internal and external environments,there is a lack of motivation and external requirements to promote their own parent education guidance activities.In guidance,due to a lack of relevant support,there may also be problems such as a single guidance form and insufficient content,and professional conscious behavior that needs to be standardized,So its relevant professional knowledge and ability to summarize and reflect also need to be strengthened.Therefore,in the end,the author proposes to enhance the professional consciousness of middle school teachers in parent education guidance through the provision of corresponding support from the government,the exercise of schools’ guidance responsibilities to provide assistance to teachers,and the improvement of teachers’ professional consciousness through joint efforts from all parties,in order to better provide family education guidance to parents and promote the physical and mental health development of students. |
