| To meet the requirements of new era,the whole country is promoting Education Group Running School(EGRS)and exploring problems of equalization and fairness of educational resources.The Hohhot S middle school has taken the lead position on implementing the EGRS in Inner Mongolia,it utilizes two methods which are famous schools leading weak schools and establishing branch campuses as well as a unique teaching approach to operate EGRS.S group deeply knows the importance of professional development,professional knowledge intact,increasing professional skills are crucial elements to promote quality of EGRS,and provided teachers stable platform to develop their skills,created various teaching activities,forming the specific and famous teachers created frequently group style.Though the teaching activities,analyzing the teaching research,plus the questionaries for teachers,staffs,and students,it is obvious that the history teachers coming from middle school have the advanced and positive education notion;solid discipline and professional knowledge;effective training on history teaching skills;psychological ability has been improved and strengthened.Meanwhile,communication from different schools,the development of elder,young teachers and the stricter norms on evaluation system have more drawbacks.Based on the obviously development on history teachers from middle school,to develop well in the future,S group must be fairer and justice on evaluation system,information should be communicated on time,encourage teachers working on different place,and enforce the cooperation between each department.Be a middle school history teacher,also need to make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages,use the group sources and platform to promote the self-professional development,become to a solid professional,excellent ability,noble ethics,positive attitude teacher,contrite to the education of whole country by individual and social values.We should not only focus on achievements,but also make efforts to cultivate students’ sound personality,pay attention to students’ physical and mental development and lay the foundation for students’ lifelong learning. |
