With the rapid development of science and technology,the influence of the Internet on the public has penetrated into all aspects of study,life and work.No one can ignore the existence of the Internet.As an emerging technology,the Internet not only brings significant convenience to various production and lifestyles in human society,but also brings some negative problems to human society.Due to the particularity of their own age,the Internet brings The prominent effect is Internet addiction.As a critical period of life development,adolescents are easily disturbed and influenced by external social factors because their physical and mental development is not yet fully matured.Once adolescents are affected,their own healthy development will be hindered.Teenagers’ addiction to the Internet not only has a serious impact on their physical and mental health,but also affects family relationships and brings hidden dangers to the society.This article is mainly aimed at the problem of Internet addiction among young people.By understanding the basic Internet addiction status and degree of the service objects,social workers,on the basis of exploring the root causes of Internet addiction among young people,formulate service plans to meet the needs of the service customers,and design the service around the plan.The goal and planning of the company,adhering to the value concept of social work,using the cognitive behavioral therapy model as the guiding theory,through four stages of interventional treatment services,while helping the parents of the service recipients to change the inappropriate education model,the internet addiction problem of the service recipients can be alleviated.Improved.Combining the living and learning environment of the client,let him change his cognition in the interaction of the environment,and build a good interactive environment,so as to help the client get rid of Internet addiction.
