Research On The Winning Factors Of Parkour Freestyle Event

Parkour,as a fashionable and innovative sport,is loved by a large group of people.In 2018,the International Gymnastics Federation officially added parkour as a sport in the gymnastics category,and competitive parkour has since rapidly developed worldwide.In October 2022,at the first Parkour World Championships held in Tokyo,Japan,a Chinese athlete won the silver medal in the men’s freestyle event,standing out in the world competition.Analyzing the winning factors of this sport has significant theoretical and practical significance for further improving the level of competitive parkour freestyle in China,enhancing the international competitiveness of Chinese athletes,and promoting the development of competitive parkour projects.This article takes the winning factors of competitive parkour freestyle as the research object,and uses research methods such as literature research,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and video analysis to study competitive parkour freestyle.By summarizing the competitive characteristics and project features of this sport,and based on this,studying and analyzing the winning factors of the project from the core,dominant,and subordinate aspects,the article summarizes the winning factors of the project and the relationship between each winning factor.The research results are as follows:1.The core winning factors of competitive parkour freestyle are ranked in order of importance:"stability," "smoothness," "difficulty," "completeness," "beauty," "innovation,""strength,"and "intelligence," among which "stability" is the core requirement for competition winning,"smoothness" is the soul of project winning,"difficulty" is the key to competition winning,"completeness" is the prerequisite for winning,"beauty" is a powerful weapon for project winning,"innovation" is the inexhaustible driving force for project winning,"strength" is an important guarantee for project winning,and "intelligence" is the breakthrough point for competition winning.2.The comprehensive ability of coaches,the comprehensive level of judges,the understanding and grasp of rules,and the competitive environment constitute the dominant winning factors of competitive parkour freestyle,while scientific research support,athlete selection,project management,and government support constitute the subordinate winning factors.3.The various winning factors of competitive parkour freestyle constitute a "group," and each factor does not exist independently,but exists in a certain relationship with the other factors in this factor group.Each factor is interconnected and mutually influential,jointly exerting its role,ultimately promoting the victory of the project.It is recommended to strengthen the understanding of the competitive parkour freestyle project itself,deeply understand its project characteristics,grasp the core requirement of"stability" among the winning factors in the current stage,achieve victory through stability,keep up with the changes in competition rules,and adjust the focus of training in a timely manner.It is also important to promote the development of relevant competitions,improve the coach and referee training system,accelerate the construction of related venues,and improve the training conditions.
