The level of oral communication ability has a great impact on the development of an individual’s future.At the same time,the modern society has put forward higher requirements for individual communication and expression ability and coordination and cooperation ability.Oral communication ability has become one of the essential abilities of modern people.The unified compilation of junior middle school Chinese teaching materials officially independently compiled "oral communication","oral communication" in Chinese teaching status has been clear and further promoted.In oral communication teaching activities,students’ abilities in language,thinking,culture and other aspects have been comprehensively applied and improved.Teachers should attach importance to the situational,hierarchical and interactive nature of oral communication activities to promote the improvement of students’ oral communication ability.Based on the unified compilation of junior high school Chinese textbooks,this paper studies the current situation of oral communication teaching in the unified compilation of junior high school Chinese textbooks,mainly including the following parts:Part One: The concept of oral communication and the teaching basis of oral communication.This part mainly expounds the concepts of oral communication and oral communication teaching,explains the requirements and suggestions for oral communication teaching in junior middle school in the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),and analyzes the content of oral communication in the unified compilation of junior middle school Chinese textbooks,which lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper.Part two: The second part is to investigate the current situation of oral communication teaching in the unified compilation of junior middle school Chinese textbooks.Based on the analysis of survey data,this paper analyzes the problems in oral communication teaching and their causes from the perspectives of schools,teachers and students.The main problems in the school are not enough attention to oral communication teaching,organizing oral communication teaching and research activities,organizing oral communication activities in a single form;The main problems of teachers in teaching are ignoring the creation of situation,limited guidance level and unclear evaluation standards.The main problems of students in learning are lack of self-confidence,poor listening ability and poor expression logic.In view of these problems in oral communication teaching,from the perspective of the school,it is due to the school’s inadequate supervision of oral communication teaching,the lack of professional training of oral communication teaching for teachers,and the neglect of students’ oral expression ability under the exam-oriented education.From the perspective of teachers,it is mainly due to teachers’ oral communication teaching tendency to write,teachers’ oral communication teaching professional ability needs to be improved,teachers’ oral communication teaching evaluation is lacking.As far as students are concerned,it is mainly due to the lack of communication skills,the lack of internal motivation,the level of thinking needs to be improved.Part three: Explore the specific strategies of oral communication teaching in the unified compilation of junior high school Chinese textbooks.In view of the problems existing in the oral communication teaching in Part Two and their causes,with the help of the basis of oral communication teaching in junior middle school mentioned in part One,practical and operational teaching strategies are proposed from the perspectives of school management,teacher teaching and student learning.On the school level,the school should construct the oral communication teaching supervision and management system;Establish teachers’ oral communication teaching and training mechanism;Create a good campus culture,create a communicative atmosphere.As far as teachers are concerned,they should change the traditional concepts of oral communication teaching and correctly understand oral communication teaching.We should strengthen the design of oral communication teaching and improve the professionalism of oral communication teaching.We should attach importance to the evaluation of students’ communicative performance and construct the evaluation system of oral communication.From the level of students,teachers should guide students to strengthen reading,improve the self-confidence of oral communication;Cultivate students’ good listening ability and mobilize students to actively participate in oral communication activities;Pay attention to the improvement of students’ thinking quality,improve students’ oral communication ability.In summary,based on the compilation of junior high school Chinese textbooks,this paper proposes specific and operable teaching strategies in view of the existing problems in the investigation of oral communication teaching,so as to enrich the theory of oral communication teaching in junior high school,assist first-line Chinese teachers in their oral communication teaching practice,effectively improve students’ oral communication ability and cultivate modern talents.
