Research On The Problem Of Elderly Care For Left-behind Elderly People In Rural Areas Through Case Work Intervention From The Perspective Of Empowermen

As an important practice field of social work,rural social work has always attracted much attention from scholars.With the deepening of China’s aging population,the scale of rural elderly groups has expanded,but the imbalance of resources between urban and rural areas,the acceleration of urbanization has led to more and more young people choosing to go to the city,directly causing a large number of young talents in rural areas to lose,there is a "hollowing" dilemma,at the same time there is a special difficult group: "left-behind elderly".Therefore,this paper takes the left-behind elderly in rural areas as the service object of this study,analyzes and understands the current situation of the left-behind elderly in four aspects: economic independence,life security,health and spiritual comfort from the perspective of empowerment,and analyzes and understands the current situation of the left-behind elderly in four aspects: economic independence,life security,health and spiritual comfort,and the research method selects the methods of field research and investigation research,uses questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview,participatory observation and literature research to understand the problems and needs of the rural left-behind elderly care,and carries out relevant practical research through the method of case work,to empower the left-behind elderly in rural areas at the individual,interpersonal and social levels.According to the author’s investigation and visit,the current situation of the left-behind elderly in rural areas was analyzed,and the problems of the left-behind elderly in rural areas were evaluated through the analysis of relevant data collected from the data: first,the lack of infrastructure and difficult living conditions;Limited economic support and relatively poor life;poor physical health and inadequate medical protection;Recreational activities are single,and spiritual comfort is lacking.Secondly,under the guidance of the energy enhancement theory,the current problems of the left-behind elderly are scientifically attributed,and the causes of the left-behind elderly care problems are divided into three levels: individual level: lack of positive and effective self;Community level: insufficient social capital,poor social network stability;Social dimension: weakened social influence and lack of social participation.Finally,through the use of casework methods,practical intervention is carried out in five stages:professional relationship establishment and emotional counseling,alleviation of family relationship and economic pressure,reconstruction of social network and social support,mobilization of advantageous resources and improvement of the environment,consolidation of change achievements and summary of practical intervention for the rural left-behind elderly.In this way,improve the family’s ability to provide for the elderly,then establish a positive and effective self,enhance endogenous motivation,improve infrastructure,create a new environment for the elderly,broaden social support channels,and increase effective social capital.It strives to promote the establishment and development of rural social work organizations in northern Anhui,and also provides suggestions for studying the problem of left-behind elderly care in rural areas in northern Anhui.
