| Research purposes: most technical movements in football are speed-force type,some studies show that compound training is an effective means to enhance lower limb explosive force training.The correct application of complex training method in the specific physical training of football can promote the athletes to quickly complete all kinds of complex and difficult technical and tactical actions.In this study,we compared the effects of unilateral compound training and bilateral compound training on the explosive force of lower limbs of football students,so that the compound training can effectively improve the level of football students’ lower limb explosive force.Research methods: this paper mainly used the methods of literature,expert interviews,experimental methods,statistical methods,logical analysis,etc.,in this experiment,we selected the students from the Sports College of Qilu Normal University,and selected 30 male students whose basic football skills were similar.The 30 subjects were divided into two groups of 15 each.The experimental group was treated with unilateral compound training,while the control group was treated with bilateral compound training.Train twice a week for 13 weeks.Before,during and after the experiment,the indexes reflecting the explosive force of the lower limbs of football students were tested.In the aspect of physical fitness,we mainly choose the five indexes of standing long jump,30-meter Sprint,t-shape turn-back run,single-leg take-off height and double-leg take-off height,CMJ dynamic indexes include the time of flight,height of flight,peak power and takeoff impulse of both legs and dominant legs.In the aspect of football technique,two indexes are mainly adopted,namely,the shot with a round shot and the long pass,the experimental data were collected before,during and after the experiment,and were analyzed by mathematical statistics and logic analysis.Results:(1)there were significant differences in standing long jump,30-meter Sprint,T-shape return run,single-leg take-off height,double-leg take-off height,squat jump of double-leg and dominant-leg before and after the experiment(p < 0.01).(2)in the control group,there were significant differences before and after the experiment in the t-shaped turn-around run,the time of the dominant leg to take off and the impulse to take off(p < 0.05);Standing long jump,30-meter sprint,single-leg take-off height,doubleleg take-off height,BL take-off time,BL take-off height,BL peak power,BL take-off impulse,take-off height and peak power of dominant leg,long pass,and round-shot had significant differences(p < 0.01).(3)comparison of two groups after experiment,there were no significant differences in standing long jump,30-meter Sprint,t-shape turn-back run,double-leg take-off height,BL take-off time,BL take-off height,BL take-off impulse,OL take-off time,OL take-off impulse,long pass,and shot around the bar between the two groups after the experiment(P > 0.05)The height of single-leg takeoff and peak power of BL were significantly different(p < 0.05),and the height of OL takeoff and peak power of OL were significantly different(p < 0.01).(4)after 6 weeks(80%-90% 1RM)the intensity of training for football students to improve the performance of various indicators than before 6 weeks(70%-80% 1RM)intensity of training higher,for example,the results of the 30-meter sprint in the experimental group after 6 weeks than the first 6weeks of multiple improvement.Conclusion:(1)there were significant differences in the indexes of physical fitness,CMJ dynamics and football skill level between pre-experiment and post-experiment(p <0.05),although there was no significant difference between the two groups except for the height of dominant leg takeoff,peak power of both legs,height of dominant leg takeoff and peak power(P > 0.05),but from the increase range,the training of the unilateral group can improve the quality of the single leg,and the training of the bilateral group can improve the physical quality of the double leg.(2)the compound training with moderate load(70% ~ 80% 1RM)has little effect on the level of explosive force of lower limbs.But the heavy load(80% ~ 90% 1rm)compound training,may better develop the soccer specialized student’s lower limbs explosive strength level.(3)in football,there are many technical movements of one leg,compared with the bilateral compound training,the unilateral compound training can better develop the lower limb explosive force of football students in college of Physical Education. |
