| Constitutional education is the core of education on the rule of law.At present,the state attaches unprecedented importance to constitutional education for young people,and although some schools have implemented the modernization of constitutional education in the core literacy-oriented teaching reform,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.The Curriculum Standards for Ethics and Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)clearly regards the "concept of rule of law" as one of the core competencies of the discipline,requires taking"growing me" as the starting point,based on students’ real lives,highlighting problem-orientation,and cultivating students into builders and successors of socialist rule of law with ideals,skills and responsibilities.Constitutional education in the ethics and rule of law course in junior high school refers to the teaching reform requirements of core literacy,taking the expanding scope of students’lives as the basis of the curriculum,selecting life-oriented teaching cases,constructing constitutional situations close to students’ lives,implementing the practice of constitutional education,helping students establish the life-like relationship of the constitution,establishing the concept of the supremacy of the constitution and the unity of rights and obligations,improving constitutional awareness,strengthening constitutional identity,and forging a strong sense of national community and patriotism.Constitutional acts that put constitutional sentiment into real life.Combined with the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China,constitutional education in the ethics and rule of law course in junior high schools mainly includes constitutional identity education,civic awareness education,political identity education and constitutional spirit education.At the same time,the concept of "life education" is analyzed from a philosophical perspective,focusing on the subjectivity of the educated,the generative nature of real life to education,and the responsiveness of the educational process to life practice.In addition to the abstraction of the content of the Constitution and the lack of constitutional experience of the educated,the teaching literacy of teachers,the integrity of the daily education link,and the attention paid to the auxiliary forces of education all have an impact on the implementation of the living of constitutional education.Therefore,based on the reform needs of discipline practice education methods,starting from the elements of students,teachers,curriculum resources and teaching links,we put forward suggestions on how teachers can give play to the main role of students and effectively combine the discipline of constitutional knowledge with the social nature of life practice.Moreover,according to the requirements that constitutional education should be based on cultivating students’ constitutional feelings and constitutional behaviors,emphasizing the overall role of school education,social education and family education,taking school education as the lead,uniting with state organs,society,families and individuals to cultivate forces,and build a five-in-one overall education mechanism for constitutional education to be life-oriented,so that constitutional education can penetrate into the whole life of students,form an immersive atmosphere of constitutional education and publicity,and let students study,believe in and use the constitution in their lives. |
