Abstract/Summary:
The awareness of social morality is a stable view and concept formed by people’s understanding,improvement,and long-term cultivation of the group and individual cultivation based on the principles of social public life.A good sense of public morality is conducive to the formation of a good social atmosphere that pursues nobility and encourages advancement,promotes the continuous improvement of the quality of citizens in the entire country,and plays an important role in building a socialist harmonious society and comprehensively promoting the socialist cause.In the context of the new era,the connotation and extension of social morality are becoming increasingly rich,posing higher requirements for the cultivation of social morality awareness.Middle school is the early stage of the formation of a person’s worldview,outlook on life,and values.Middle school students have weak abilities to distinguish right from wrong and control emotions,and are in a crucial stage of cultivating social morality awareness.Focusing on the course "Morality and the Rule of Law" as the main carrier for cultivating social morality awareness among junior high school students,research is conducted on how to improve the effectiveness of cultivating social morality awareness.Using literature research,survey research,and observation induction methods,this study investigates the current level of social ethics awareness and behavioral status of middle school students.The survey results show that the existing "Morality and Rule of Law" course has played a certain role in cultivating junior high school students’ awareness of social morality.For example,junior high school students can generally master the relevant knowledge of social morality,and can initially practice social morality.However,the content of the "Morality and Rule of Law" course is still out of line with the cultivation of network society’s awareness of social morality,and there is a mismatch between junior high school students’ awareness of social morality and social morality behavior The cultivation of social ethics awareness is not comprehensive,and the advantages of disciplinary integration have not yet been fully utilized.Through targeted analysis of the reasons for the existing problems,it was found that the teaching process of the current "Morality and Rule of Law" course teachers needs to be improved,there are deficiencies in the intervention and evaluation system of the "Morality and Rule of Law" course teaching,and family education lacks support for the cultivation of social ethics awareness in the "Morality and Rule of Law"course.Therefore,in order to improve the effectiveness of cultivating social morality awareness,promote the level of social morality awareness among junior high school students,and enrich social morality emotions,we have proposed ways to optimize the cultivation of social morality awareness in the course of "Morality and the Rule of Law" from the aspects of scientific use of teaching methods,unblocking and solving social morality problems and environmental threats,leveraging the advantages of interdisciplinary integration teaching in social morality cultivation,and building a strong social morality protection network Strengthen the will of social morality and practice social morality norms.
