Research On The Cultivation Of Retired Party Members' Volunteer Service Leaders Through Group Work Interventio

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to "unblock and standardize the channels for social workers and volunteers to participate in social governance,and fully stimulate the vitality of community-level social governance".Under the comprehensive arrangement of the Party and the state,the vitality of social work and voluntary service in community social governance has gradually become prominent,and become an important force participating in community-level social governance.However,it also faces many problems and challenges in practical practice,such as loose community volunteer service team,insufficient resource link,single funds for activities,and rigid forms of activities.Therefore,the cultivation of volunteer service leaders is particularly crucial.As an important participating force in community volunteer service,retired party members have unique advantages such as rich work experience,abundant time and energy,and identity credibility.How to give full play to the advantages of retired party members to become voluntary service leaders,so as to improve the quality of community voluntary service is worthy of further study.Based on this,this paper combines social learning theory,strength perspective theory and empowerment theory,using the method of group work,It tries to find and cultivate a group of volunteers with leadership ability among retired community party members to serve as the leaders of community volunteer service teams,so as to improve the quality of community volunteer service and promote the innovation of grassroots governance.In this paper,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview are adopted to conduct field research on the status quo of F community voluntary service and the advantages of training retired Party leaders.Combining the problems existing in community volunteer service with the advantages of retired party members,a training group for retired party members volunteer service leaders will be established.Nine targeted group activities were carried out to gradually equip him with the ability to serve as a community volunteer leader.It is found that the application of group work method has certain advantages in the mining and cultivation of retired Party member volunteer service leaders.Through group activities,the team members have been preliminarily equipped with the ability to organize,plan and manage community volunteer services.Through the cultivation of voluntary service leaders of retired Party members,the quality of community voluntary service is improved,and the active aging of retired party members is promoted.At the same time,Party members have been better extended to play a unique role in grassroots governance.
