Practical Research On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Cultivation Of Community Volunteer Service Consciousness

With the focus of social governance moving down to the grass-roots level,community governance has gradually become an important national development strategy.As an important participant in community autonomy and community service,community volunteers have made some progress,but they have a low awareness of volunteer service as a whole.This research is based on the service awareness cultivation project of community D volunteers,and takes community D volunteers as the research object.Through semi-structured interview and participatory observation,it is learned that the service awareness of community D volunteers is low,which is specifically reflected in: narrow understanding of volunteer service,indifferent attitude towards volunteer service,amateur volunteer service activities,and inefficient participation in volunteer service.The deep reason of the problem focuses on the role learning,role understanding and role construction of community volunteers.In response to these problems,this study,based on the role theory,carried out community volunteer service awareness cultivation group practice in accordance with the ideas of volunteer role cognition,volunteer role identity,volunteer role specification and volunteer role play,so as to meet the needs of community volunteers to strengthen role cognition and identity,and improve role professionalism and service efficiency.Based on the summary and reflection of the whole study,this study found that group work intervention is an effective way to cultivate community volunteers’ service awareness.At the same time,the role theory improves the pertinence of the whole intervention activities,constructs a service idea for the whole group activities,and achieves the expected service effect.However,social work still needs to continuously accumulate practical experience,make up for the lack of a working method with comprehensive social work,establish a multi-level cultivation platform for the development of community volunteers,and meet the role development needs of more community volunteers.
