Pompon cheerleading is an important basis for the promotion and development of primary school students,and also an important part of Pompon cheerleading.However,from the perspective of personalized and specialized theory,the traditional strength training content is rooted in most of the Pomponcheerleading workers.The lack of pertinence in the training methods and content of cheerleading sports restricts the improvement of the level of primary school Pompon cheerleading projects.Therefore,it is important to highlight the content and method of the Pompon cheerleading project strength training.In recent years,trunk pillar strength training has been tried and achieved good results in other sports fields.However,there is a lack of theoretical research on Pompon cheerleading.Based on this,we can provide better training methods and means for the development of Pompon cheerleading by formulating reasonable trunk pillar strength training content in Pompon cheerleading.Research results:(1)The test results of students in the experimental group,throwing solid ball with both hands,sit-ups,standing long jump,50-meter run,cross-quadrant jump,standing with one leg and eyes closed,showed very significant differences(P < 0.01),there were no significant differences in the results of tests such as one minute rope skipping and sitting forward flexionaa(P>0.05).The students in the control group had significant differences in standing long jump and one-minute rope jump(P < 0.05),other test items have no significant difference(P>0.05);(2)There were very significant differences in the technique of Pompon cheerleading among the students in the experimental group(P < 0.01),the body control technique,arm control technique,expressiveness,and complete set of movements of the students in the experimental group increased from 15.0 points,21.4 points,8.1 points,and 30.8 points before the experiment to 16.0 points,23.5 points,8.3 points,and 33.2 points after the experiment,with an increase of 1 point,2.1 points,0.2 points,and 2.4 points respectively.There were no significant differences in the control group students’ body control techniques,arm control techniques,expressiveness,and the completion of complete sets of actions(P>0.05);(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the students in the experimental group and the students in the control group in throwing solid ball with bothhands,sit-ups,standing long jump,50-meter run,one-minute rope jump,cross-quadrant jump,and single-leg standing with eyes closed(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in forward flexion in sitting position(P>0.05);(4)There was a very significant difference between the body control technique and the complete set of movements in the Pompon cheerleading technique(P<0.01),there was significant difference in arm control technology and performance(P<0.05).After the experiment,the number of students in the experimental group who achieved excellent and good technical performance in flower ball cheerleading increased from 0 and 5 to 4 and17,respectively,increasing by 4 and 12 people.The number of students in the control group increased from 0 and 5 to 1 and 9,respectively,increasing by 1 and 4 people.The increase in the number of students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group;(5)After the experiment,the students in the experimental group had a good subjective feeling of the trunk pillar strength training.Research conclusions:(1)The 12 week trunk pillar strength training has a positive impact on students’ throwing solid ball with both hands,sit up,standing long jump,50 meter run,cross quadrant jump,and standing with eyes closed on one leg.Although it has an impact on the two indicators of one minute rope jump and sitting forward bending,the effect is not obvious.(2)The 12 week trunk pillar strength training enables students to better understand and master the special techniques of pompon cheerleading.The improvement of special skills of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The 12 week trunk support strength training significantly improved the students’ body control skills,arm control skills,expressiveness and the completion of complete sets of movements,while the students in the control group improved their performance after the experiment,but the effect was not significant.(3)From the perspective of special technical performance evaluation:After the experiment,the number of students in the experimental group who rated the special technical performance of Pompon cheerleading as excellent and good was significantly higher than that of the control group.(4)After 12 weeks of trunk pillar strength training,students have a good subjective feeling about the training effect,and students realize that adding trunk pillar strength training to the Pompon cheerleading program is of great help to improve physical fitness and special skills. |
