Today,across the hurdle sports glory days of one hundred,in the traditional human bondage and breakthrough of dialectical cycle continuously reached a new peak,speed limit and technology in hurdling technique and form are all reflected the assigned to the ancient times change and challenging the significance of the movement,the column of "jump to" hurdles "to" bar",by the column of "buried into the column of "falling in with shape to the column "L",from "concept of qualitative inquiry" to "fine" quantitative research,its external form to keep pace with The Times and the basic connotation of increasingly abundant hurdler requested must possess excellent special technology action and strong basic physical quality,Pillar strength training and the trunk as effective a new means of physical training in the hurdles the asymmetric periodic role to be reckoned with,and stability of the extremities flexibility is rooted in the trunk,trunk stability in the service of the extremities flexibility,both dialectical unification,closely related,in this study explore the predecessors’ theory and practice research foundation,the torso pillar strength training and hurdling science fusion,and combining the relevant knowledge such as sports physiology,sports anatomy,To explore the influence of the trunk pillar strength training intervention and the traditional routine training intervention on the basic physical quality,the hurdle step technology and the basic body function movement mode of the hurdler,in order to further improve the scientific level of the hurdle training.This research adopts the experimental method,image analytical method,the method of documentation,expert interview and mathematical statistics in order to ensure the rationality of the research process and the scientific nature,at the same time can be more objective and intuitive reflect athletes step basic physical quality,hurdle technology changes the basic function and the body movement mode,30 hours after 6 weeks of the experimental intervention analysis and induction,the conclusion of this research are as follows:First,in terms of basic physical quality,the trunk pillar strength training more positive than conventional traditional training intervention effect,specific performance for athletes stride length and stride towards rationalization,lower limbs explosive power,combined with the body,improve coordination more efficient energy transfer efficiency,accuracy and sensitivity of the nervous system regulation related to muscle group,Therefore,the results of the experimental group in 100 meters,standing long jump and in-situ solid ball throwing are better than those of the control group,and the athletes have good physical quality is the basis of improving the performance of the hurdles.Secondly,in terms of basic movement patterns,the experimental group athletes such as hip knee ankle joint stability,flexibility and the flexibility greatly increase,reduce the frequency of the body compensatory action,effective prevention of sports injury,at the same time,the FMS scores of ascension that athletes body pillar stability and body feel to optimize,it provided a objective basis for the further improvement of hurdles.Finally,in terms of hurdle step technique,there were significant differences in the starting distance and Angle between the two groups after the experiment(P<0.05).The indexes of the experimental group were more reasonable and the improvement rate of the experimental group was much greater than that of the control group.Both the maximum trunk foreinclination and the Angle between the legs increased to different degrees,but the increase was greater in the experimental group.The maximum trunk foreinclination showed significant difference(P=0.039<0.05)and the Angle between the legs showed no significant difference(P=0.882>0.05).The landing distance and Angle showed significant difference between the two groups after the experiment(P<0.05). |
