As an important part of college physical education,college physical education plays an important role in cultivating high-quality talents.With the deepening of the research on physical education,the ideas and methods of physical education in colleges and universities have also changed,and public physical education has gradually changed from traditional sports skills teaching to diversified teaching methods.In this study,the trunk pillar strength training was applied to the public physical education classroom in colleges and universities.The experimental group and the control group were influenced by the combination of trunk pillar strength training and conventional physical training,and the effect of trunk pillar strength training on the physical fitness level of college students in public sports class was analyzed.Expand the regional scope of trunk pillar strength training application,and provide new practical experience and certain value reference for the development of physical fitness course training section of public physical education courses in colleges and universities.In this study,literature method,expert interview method,Delphi method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method are used.Based on the "National Physical Exercise Standards",standing long jump,pull-up(male),sit-up(female),50-meter run,1000-meter run(male),800-meter run(female),sitting forward bend,and Illinois test,single-leg test with closed eyes and FMS functional action screening obtained by Delphi method were selected as the indicators of this study.Eighty-seven undergraduates of Grade 2021 from Shandong Normal University were selected as experimental subjects,including 43 males and 44 females.They were divided into experimental group and control group for 14 weeks of training intervention to analyze the influence of trunk pillar strength training on the physical fitness level of college students.The results are as follows:(1)After 14 weeks of practice,FMS functional action screening in the male experimental group was significantly improved in all aspects except active straight knee leg lift(P<0.05),and only the trunk stability in the male control group showed a significant difference,and the experimental group was significantly stronger than the control group.It shows that adding the trunk pillar strength training to the public body class can improve the body movement pattern and improve the stability and flexibility of male college students.(2)After 14 weeks of practice,except for the linear lunge squat and trunk stability,the other items in the female experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the female control group and the pre-measured items,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.It shows that the addition of trunk pillar strength training in our public physical education class can improve the body movement pattern and improve the stability and flexibility of female college students.(3)After 14 weeks of practice,although the improvement in the total score of the FMS test of the male and female control group was smaller than that of the experimental group,the comparison before and after showed significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that planned physical exercise after a full warm-up can activate muscles to participate in physical activities,and also improve their own function to a certain extent.(4)After 14 weeks of practice,the standing long jump,pull-up,50-meter run,Illinois test and closed-eye single-leg test of the male experimental group had significant improvements(P<0.05),while the male control group only showed a significant difference in standing long jump,which was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group.It shows that adding the trunk pillar strength training to the public body class can promote the strength,speed,agility and balance of male college students obviously.(5)After 14 weeks of practice,the standing long jump,sit-up,50 m running,Illinois test and closed-eye single-leg test in the female experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),while the only thing that showed significant difference in the female control group was sit-up,which was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group.It shows that adding the trunk pillar strength training to the public body class can promote the strength,speed,agility and balance of college students obviously.(6)After 14 weeks of practice,there was no significant difference in the active straight knee leg lift of the male experimental group(P>0.05),and there was no significant change in the seated forward flexion test(P>0.05).Combined with the changes of other items,it was inferred that the main reason for this result was the poor flexibility of the muscle group and joint ligament of the bilateral thigh and calf.It can not be improved effectively in a short time,so whether long-term systematic trunk pillar strength training can improve lower limb flexibility needs further research.In addition,after the comparison before and after the experiment,it was found that the development ability of girls’ flexibility quality was significantly higher than that of boys.(7)After 14 weeks of practice,there was no significant difference in the endurance quality test between the male and female experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that trunk pillar strength training and conventional physical training had little influence on the endurance quality of college students in public sports class. |
