Trunk strut strength plays a decisive role in body balance and limb movement.For gymnastic students of physical education major,having good body control ability and body balance ability can make gymnastic students maintain body stability in competition and training,improve students’ ability of technical application,and reduce sports injury to a greater extent.In order to improve the balance ability of gymnastic students,this paper uses the method of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and so on,taking 20 male gymnastic students from Shandong Institute of Physical Education as experimental objects,and carries out the control experiment.Twenty people were divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group used the trunk pillar strength training method,the control group used the traditional training method,a total of 10 weeks of training.The purpose is to compare two training methods,which training method has a greater impact on balance ability.The experiments involved in this paper were tested by: eyes raised heel,eyes closed,standing on one foot,walking in a straight line,eyes closed,Imoove multi-functional training rehabilitation apparatus and other methods.After analyzing the changes of various indicators before and after the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Both trunk strut strength training and traditional training can improve balance.2.Trunk strut strength training can improve the five balance ability tests,such as eye raising heel,eye closed standing on one foot,eye closed marking,balance beam walking and medium difficulty Imoove dynamic balance ability test,and the growth rate is higher than that of traditional training.3.Trunk pillar strength training is better than traditional training methods in improving the balance ability of gymnastics students. |
