It is generally believed that the core area strength training is a part of the trunk pillar strength training,which makes the athletes' body or equipment move by applying the extremities to the external objects.At the same time,the backbone strength of the trunk is an important support for human movement,which plays a significant role in stabilizing the power transmission of various parts of the human body and the control center.In this study,literature,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,questionnaires,experiments and other research methods are used to analyze the influence of trunk pillar strength training on the balance ability of women aged 55-65.Taking 20 women recruited from several communities near Beijing Institute of sports science as experimental subjects,through 12 weeks of trunk pillar strength training,to explore the influence of two training methods under different load patterns on the balance ability of women aged 55-65.In this study,the experimental objects were randomly divided into two groups.Before and after the experiment,the static balance ability index test,dynamic balance ability index test,body posture stability index test,etc.after the test,the data were obtained for analysis,and the following conclusions can be drawn.1.Trunk pillar strength training can significantly improve the body balance ability of 55-65-year-old women,and the effect of low intensity and low volume training is better than that of low intensity and medium volume training.2.Trunk support strength training can effectively improve the flexibility of hip,knee and ankle joints of female subjects aged 55-65,improve the stability of pelvis and spine and symmetry of both sides of the body,and reduce the injury rate in sports.3.Two kinds of different load trunk pillar strength training programs are effective in improving the balance ability of women aged 55-65,which conforms to the psychological characteristics of women aged 55-65.At the same time,they have low requirements for the venue and equipment.They provide a new way of exercise for women aged 55-65 and lay a good foundation for their physical health.4.The trunk pillar strength training under the two load structures can improve the transmission speed of the body power chain,reduce the action compensation phenomenon,improve the action quality and enhance the stability of the human body.
