With the gradual acceleration of the construction process of Yangzhou as the "Gourmet Capital of the World",the hotel industry in Yangzhou is developing rapidly and international hotel chains have settled in Yangzhou.Human resource is the most important resource for hotel enterprises and occupies a very important position in the management and operation of hotel enterprises.The high staff turnover rate has been a problem of hotel human resource management for a long time,and the instability of employees has brought certain hidden dangers to the operation of hotel enterprises.New employees are the new strength of the hotel,and the training and development of new employees play a key role in improving the overall quality of employees,enhancing employee satisfaction,strengthening employee loyalty,and thus ultimately reducing brain drain.Based on the above background,this thesis selects the international five-star hotel chain SH Hotel Yangzhou,which was first settled in Yangzhou,as the research object,uses literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other research methods,applies training-related theories and blended learning theory,PDCA quality cycle management and other theories,analyzes the development profile of SH Hotel Yangzhou,the internal and external environment,the current situation of new employee training and the existence of training objectives that are not We analyzed the problems of unclear training objectives,single training course form,irregular management of internal trainers and imperfect training evaluation system,as well as the reasons of incomplete training management cognition,in depth training demand analysis,imperfect training implementation management,lack of training evaluation and feedback system,and weak teacher strength of hotel training.Based on the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,in view of the reality that hotels use a large number of interns from colleges and universities as a supplement for new employees,combining the characteristics of hotel training and the case characteristics of SH Hotel Yangzhou,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,using the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation,according to the theory of blended learning and PDCA quality cycle management theory from the joint research on the blended training needs of new hotel employees,collaborative design of training courses,mixed and diversified training methods The thesis also proposes measures to guarantee the implementation of the blended training mode for new employees of SH Hotel Yangzhou under the school-enterprise cooperation model.This thesis intends to design a hybrid model of new employee training in SH Hotel Yangzhou through an in-depth analysis of new employee training,with a view to providing useful reference for new employee training in similar hotel enterprises,helping them to improve their competitiveness in the fiercely competitive market environment,and also providing some realistic reference for the school-enterprise cooperation mode between hotels and institutions.
