A Preliminary Study On The Evaluation Of School - Enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Education

At the present,our Chinese government has paid much more attention to the higher vocational education, which is a hot topic of the education. With promoting the development of the higher vocational education, the School-Enterprise Cooperation,which is a personnel training mode, is becoming the focus. How to drive the development of the School-Enterprise Cooperation?That is a question for many scholars in China. The hotel management major of the higher vocational education is the focus of the paper. Because there is a shortage of talents in the hospitality industry, and the traditional education is dropping behind. The hotel management major of the higher vocational education needs to implement the School-Enterprise Cooperation.The paper centers on the School-Enterprise Cooperation in The hotel management major of the higher vocational education,employs the quantitative approach and qualitative approach, and bases on the case study research method. Then the paper sums up the influencing factor of the School-Enterprise Cooperation and constructs the appraisal model. In the paper, there are three cases which are Shandong Grand Rivers Garden Hotel, Wuxi Idea Garden Hotel and Nanjing Crowne Plaza. They are representatives of the school-run hotel, the off-campus training base and the order-education. After analyzing the three cases, the paper would compare advantages and disadvantages. At last, according to the analysis,the suggestions would be made.The main conclusion are as follows:First, the paper withdraws the key factors of the School-Enterprise Cooperation in The hotel management major of the higher vocational education, and determine four important factors. Second, the paper constructs a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the School-Enterprise Cooperation. Third, with the evaluation model, find out the problems of the three cases, and make the corresponding solutions. Forth, focus on the hotel, the school, the student and the government, the paper puts forward some comprehensive solutions. From studying the cases,we have known that the School-Enterprise Cooperation got many problems.Overall,lacking of cooperation depth and initiative is hindering the School-Enterprise Cooperation development. No matter what kind of the cooperation should have the improvement in time. Besides, the School-Enterprise Cooperation is a long-term and all-sided development,so we should research the problem at a higher level. Based on the establishment and analysis of the School-Enterprise Cooperation in The hotel management major of the higher vocational education, considering all options of the problems, proposing the suitable strategies and making the School-Enterprise Cooperation realize the further development.
