| According to the world tourism organization,it predicts that by 2020 China will become the world’s largest tourist destination and the fourth largest tourist generating country. China’s stable politics and economy have provided a wonderful environment for the hotel development. Hotel is a pillar industry, which has developed very fast in recent years. In addition, according to incomplete statistics, in the next few years, the hotel group in the greater China region will have nearly thousand of high-end hotel. Industry overall development trend is rising, but the hotel industry has been in short supply.especially talent of adaptive abilities.In such a new situation, cooperation between enterprise with school becomes an inevitable choice. It is the better choice for Tourism hotel management professional colleges and higher vocational education. No matter how to recruit interns, to some extent, the number of employ persons, and personnel quality can also be generally higher than social recruitment. But the author found that, after joint training, student retention rate is very low, most students choose to leave at the end of the internship.It is so difficult to achieve the expected purposes of the cooperation between school and enterprise. After that, Bilateral talent development plan fails.The author creatively proposed the new talent mode of enterprise-school cooperation of hotel management major,which effectively makes up for the weakness in theoretical study with talent cultivation mode.
