| With the acceleration of globalization and the rapid development of information technology,China’s social economy is in a stage of further deepening and development.The tourism industry has also taken the rapid development of this train to develop rapidly,and has occupied an increasingly important position in the national economy.Part of the hotel industry tourism industry is a typical labor-intensive service industry,which determines that the core competitiveness of the hotel industry is to strengthen the management of human resources.In particular,the special operating mechanism of the "three shifts" of the hotel industry and the characteristics of high-intensity work of employees in the front-line departments: the low salary of basic posts and the low employment threshold have caused the high turnover rate of the entire hotel industry.At the same time,the above reasons also determine that the composition of hotel staff is relatively high,age bias old,they are not highly educated,and lack a sense of active learning,which makes the hotel more difficult in staff training and daily management.And the proportion of female employees in hotel management positions is also increasing,and they are playing an increasingly important role in hotel management.In summary,how to do a good job of effective management and career planning for hotel female employees is a very important research topic in human resource management of modern hotels in China.Based on the self-determination theory,resource conservation theory and social exchange theory,this study builds a "work sense" by documenting the sense of work meaning,work input,organizational support,and employee behavior.Sense-Work Engagement-Employee Active Behavior "conceptual model.At the same time,as a human resource management worker in Ramada Hotel in small and medium-sized cities,I found in the practice and exchanges with the brand industry that there is a relatively high proportion of female employees in the hotel industry.The main research object of this article.This article adopts the method of issuing electronic questionnaires.From November to December 2019,questionnaires for female employees of six Ramada hotels in Sichuan and other provinces and cities were distributed and collected.These six Ramada hotels are located in small and medium cities.In order to obtain more objective and true data during the questionnaire survey,female employees of various hotels were invited to participate in the name of academic research in universities.After empirical analysis of the data,it is found that:(1)the sense of work meaning has a significant positive impact on the employee’s active behavior;(2)the sense of work meaning has a significant positive impact on the work input;(3)work investment in the relationship between the sense of work meaning and the employee’s active behavior It played an intermediary role;(4)Organizational support played a moderating role in the relationship between work sense and work engagement.Through the analysis of the results,combined with the characteristics of the Ramada hotel brand in small and medium-sized cities and the characteristics of hotel female employees,in order to ensure the continuity and rationality of career planning for female employees,there are several enlightenments in hotel human resources management:(1)Develop the local human resources market and optimize internal human resources policies;(2)scientifically design a training system to enrich and improve the training content;(3)create a unique hotel corporate culture and enhance the sense of work significance of employees. |
