The 20 th National Congress proposed to build a high-quality education system,promote educational equity,and emphasize integrated urban-rural development and quality balanced education in compulsory education.The government also wants to promote the equalization of basic public education services,consolidate the achievements of basic balance in compulsory education,and accelerate the development of quality and balanced compulsory education.Rural areas,the cornerstone of economic development and the lifeblood of the country’s smooth development,have problems with the allocation of educational resources,and the government is also focusing on improving the current state of education in rural areas,with an emphasis on promoting rural education reform.In this context,running good rural boarding schools is considered an important initiative to improve the quality of education and teaching,and boarding education must be implemented unswervingly.Township boarding elementary school are an important form of rural schools that can meet the needs of rural children to receive quality education and improve their learning and living environment.However,the management of student life in boarding elementary schools also faces a number of challenges,such as student accommodation,safety,and hygiene issues.Life management issues in rural boarding schools are more complex than in urban schools because rural schools face more geographical and social differences in landscape and require different management measures for different situations.Life management itself is a systemic project that requires all-round consideration and practice to ensure the health and safety of students.Taking S Primary School in Y County,Shanxi Province as the research object,the analysis of its students’ actual situation can reveal the basic situation of students’ learning and life in schools in rural areas nowadays.From the results of the survey,there are deficiencies in the management of students’ life in S elementary school,mainly in five aspects: the management level of dormitory needs to be improved,the management of activities is loose and single in content,the level of provision in the cafeteria environment and food supply is relatively low,and there is also a lack of relevant safety education for students in the process of independent living.Through the analysis,it is found that the reasons for the above problems are mainly manifested in three aspects: insufficient government funding and failure to implement supervision;insufficient school awareness and accommodation environment to be improved;lack of family education and poor communication between home and school;proposed countermeasures to improve student life management in S primary school in Y county,Shanxi province: improve funding,create a good dormitory environment and promote scientific supervision by government departments;update management concept,strengthen student management,equip management personnel,and train excellent dormitory teachers;pay attention to family education,take the initiative to communicate with families,cooperate with home and school,and enhance parental participation.It aims to provide some useful help for the overall improvement of education level in rural areas and the practical management level of boarding elementary schools,and promote their smooth and rapid development through theoretical research combined with practical experience. |
