Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Students' Life Management Of The Rural Boarding Primary School

To a certain extent,the rural boarding schools have improved the problem of rural children's difficulty in school and provided some convenience for the students.In the process of the growth of the rural boarding school team,some problems of the life management of the students in the rural boarding school are also accompanied.In this study,the field survey method was used to investigate the problems of the students' life management in W County,Chongqing,C primary school.First of all,we collected the data and analyzed the problems of life management of C primary school in W County,Chongqing.Secondly,we analyzed the causes of the problems.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward to improve the life management of Rural Boarding Primary School students.This can promote the development of life management of rural boarding primary school students,improve the quality of rural boarding primary school education,and provide a reference and basis for the education department to implement the life management work of rural boarding primary school students.From the results of the survey,the main problems in the life management of the students in the rural boarding school are: the poor management of the students' canteen,the irregular diet of some boarding students,the backward infrastructure of the students' dormitories,the poor living consciousness of the students' dormitories;the poor safety knowledge of the students,the hidden dangers of security in the school infrastructure and the campus bullying.The phenomenon occurs;the students' awareness of health and health is poor,the level of students' mental health is low;the contents of extracurricular activities are single,the extracurricular activities are lacking,and the extracurricular activities are lacking in organization.The main reasons are as follows: the lag of school canteen management,the lack of students' diet education and the imbalance of the nutrition work of the school;the mainmanifestations are the lack of management of the students' dormitories,the lack of government funds,the lack of professional dormitory administrators,the safety education in the form,and the attention to safety management.Lack of safety management system is imperfect,neglect of health education and lack of mental health education,lack of emphasis on extracurricular activities,and backwardness of extracurricular activities.Therefore,education suggestions are put forward,one is to improve students' diet management,strengthen students' diet management and improve the quality of service,improve the related system of canteen management,strengthen the consciousness of service,and grasp the construction of diet culture;two,the management of students' dormitories,the management and inspection of students' dormitories,and the establishment of the system of student dormitory management,and the establishment of the system of student dormitory management.Dormitory management team,strengthen dormitory construction;three is safety management,strengthen safety education and improve safety management system,enrich the content of safety education,increase safety investment;four is the health and mental health of students,strengthen health education,strengthen mental health education,five is extracurricular activities,we should enrich extracurricular activities,improve extracurricular activities and innovate extracurricular activities.
