Self-management is the quality that future talents must possess, and also the foundation to ensure their sustainable development.Because of the order and stage of human development, childhood is the key period to cultivate learning quality and moral quality in the process of socialization. Therefore,in the key period of primary school,it is very important to cultivate students' autonomous management ability.Compared with urban schools, rural schools still pay too much attention to exam oriented education and often neglect the cultivation of students' own quality due to different teaching concepts, unbalanced allocation of educational resources and differences in parents' own quality. Therefore, this study investigates the current situation of self-management ability of senior and middle-aged pupils in four rural boarding primary schools in Hengshui, explores the causes of the existing problems and tries to find solutions. This study mainly uses three research methods: literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview.Through literature analysis, this paper summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad, defines the relevant concepts, references the relevant literature and books, and independently prepares a questionnaire, which includes three dimensions: self-management learning,self-management life and self-management mental health.Through the method of questionnaire, the senior students of four rural boarding primary schools in Raoyang Town,Hengshui City,Hebei Province, including central primary school,Hongyi primary school,Yijin primary school and Dazhai experimental primary school, were taken as the research objects.400 questionnaires were distributed and 360 effective questionnaires were recovered through two ways of network and field distribution.Using SPSS software to analyze the data,we found that the problems of self-management of senior students in Rural Boarding Primary School: first, compared with the three dimensions, the ability of self-management learning is relatively poor;second,in the dimension of self-management learning, the ability of self-management learning in class is relatively poor;third,in the dimension of self-management life, the life skills are relatively poor;third,self-management life In the dimension of management mental health, the ability of self-study is relativelypoor;fourth,in the comparison of different genders, the ability of self-management of boys is relatively poor;fifth,in the comparison of different grades, the ability of self-management of students in grade five is relatively poor;Sixth;in the comparison of whether they are class cadres, the ability of self-management of students who are not class cadres is relatively poor.Through interviews with four leaders of four schools, four teachers at different stages of career development, four parents and four students randomly selected from different grades and four classmates,we can further understand the reasons behind the current situation, and find that the reasons for the problems of self-management of senior students in rural boarding primary schools are as follows: on the one hand, the school is deeply rooted The traditional education concept and the influence of the traditional management mode. The second is the influence of traditional class management mode on teachers, and the lack of correct guidance of students' view. The third is the influence of parents' bad way of education and the restriction of their own quality.Fourth, there are differences in the development level of individual ability and lack of consciousness of self-management.In view of the above reasons, this study puts forward the following countermeasures to improve the self-management ability of senior students in rural boarding primary schools: practice the advanced education concept, create an environment for self-management;strengthen the construction of teachers' team in rural schools, improve the professional quality of teachers;establish parent schools, strengthen the cooperation between parents and schools;cultivate the awareness of self-management,and improve the ability of self-management.
