| This paper takes Company A as an example,and based on Yang’s Triangle Theory,uses the methods of literature research,case analysis,questionnaires,and employee interviews to study the related issues of Company A’s organizational capacity building under the background of strategic transformation.Firstly,the concepts of enterprise strategic transformation and organizational capacity building will be listed,as well as the theory of Yang’s triangle,the theory of Person-job matching,the theory of competency,and Three-pillar model theory of HR are expounded,which are the theoretical basis for the follow-up research to be determined.Secondly,it expounds the development status and the background of strategic transformation of Company A,and analyzes its strategic transformation under the new environment.It also analyzes its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats with the help of SWOT analysis model,and proposes the organizational capacity of Company A.The necessity of construction reform will also be analyzed.Thirdly,it will conduct a questionnaire survey on employees of Company A,and conduct interviews with relevant employees and leaders to find out the problems existing in company A’s organizational capacity building under the background of strategic transformation,including the low recognition of employees’ thinking with the company,and the employee governance and operation mechanism,as well as competence of employee does not match the new strategies,etc.Finally,according to the actual situation of Company A and the background of its strategic transformation,based on Yang’s Triangle Theory,it will found out the specific design of the organizational capacity building of Company A under the background of strategic transformation from three aspects:employee motivation,organizational governance,and employee capability.At the employee motivation level,it is necessary to innovate the organizational capacity management thinking,improve the awareness of senior managers,conduct cultural cohesion,do well in salary and performance incentives,stimulate employee motivation,and improve the competitiveness of the company;in terms of organizational governance,the HRBP governance model can be established,Sharing the service center and HRBP center to establish a better employee governance model;in terms of employee capabilities,employee capabilities should be improved according to the competency model,paying attention to talent recruitment and selection,optimizing employee training programs,and making career plans.This paper will discuss the related issues of organizational capacity building under the background of company A’s strategic transformation,which not only provides feasible guidance and suggestions for the company’s organizational capacity building reform,but also has certain value for the organizational capacity building to other similar educational institutions. |
