Research On The Capacity Building Of Sports Associations Under The Background Of Comprehensive Decoupling Reform

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China has continued to push forward the comprehensive deepening of reform,the transformation of government functions and the construction of social organizations.As an important part of China’s sports undertakings,sports social organizations are in urgent need of transforming government functions and giving play to the role of sports social organizations under the background of deepening decoupling reform in an all-round way.In accordance with the requirements of the national reform of sports social organizations and spirit,to push forward the sports community toward responsibilities clear,clear functions,accurate positioning,promote their socialization,the development of the legal system,marketization,efficiency,strengthen the sports club of their own capabilities,further give play to the role of sports associations in the industry take the lead,The scale and frequency of popular sports activities should be increased,and the rate of public participation in sports activities should be increased to ensure people’s demand for physical fitness in daily life.This topic research,selectively to some sports club as a case study of tianjin area,integrated through literature analysis,interview method and so on a variety of ways,and thus to the development of the sports community under the new situation of the tianjin in-depth investigation,especially ability of organization construction for tianjin sports clubs to better organize ability construction countermeasures are put forward.This study takes the sports associations in Tianjin as an example,through the method of literature,case analysis,interview and field investigation,to understand the current situation of the organizational capacity construction of sports associations,find out the problems existing in the organizational capacity construction of sports associations,and put forward countermeasures for the better organizational capacity construction of sports associations in Tianjin.The results show that the current sports associations in Tianjin have some problems,such as imperfect internal governance structure,insufficient human resources management ability,insufficient ability to raise resources,and weak financial management ability.Finally,it is proposed to improve the internal governance structure of sports associations,enhance the human resource management ability of sports associations,improve the ability of raising resources and enhance the financial management ability of sports associations to strengthen the organizational capacity construction of sports associations.
