With the advent and accelerated growth of the Internet era,the rapidly changing environment not only brings unprecedented challenges to corporate HRM but also opportunities for development and transformation,while promoting the transformation of HRM from a transactional and functional model to a Shared Service Model of HRM.Y Game Company is a medium-sized listed company in the Internet pan-entertainment industry,which has been running the Shared Service Model of HR management since 2017 in order to meet the needs of the company’s rapid business development.This study takes Y Game Company as a case to implement the research related to HRBP practice.Firstly,it composes the development history of the Shared Service Model of HR management,and elaborates the concepts,theories and practices related to HRBP;Secondly,it analyzes the basic situation and HR management conditions of Y Game Company.The current situation and problems of HRBP practice under the Shared Service Model of HR management in Y Game Company are analyzed through material analysis and employee interviews.The main problems are ambiguous work objectives of HRBP,lack of internal cooperation with the recruiter,low business participation and job satisfaction;The essential reasons include lack of strategic planning of HRBP’s work,lack of effective communication within recruiter,trust shortage with the employee and work inadequate competence.In response to the problems found,the optimization measures of the HRBP practice of Y Game Company will be designed from four aspects:strengthening strategic support,improving internal coordination of three pillars,developing the business linkage system,and enhancing the job competency model of HRBP.Furthermore,providing a landing guarantee from the perspective of the internal HR management department,each business unit and executives’ view of the company.It is expected that after the implementation of the optimization,the effectiveness of HRBP can be effectively improved to serve the business unit and provide human resources support for the realization of the company’s strategic goals.Through the study of HRBP practice optimization of Y Game Company,the positioning and voice of the HR management department in the company are improved,the implementation of HR management planning combined with the company’s strategy is promoted,the long-term operation of the Shared Service Model of HR management in Y Game Company and the sustainable development of the company’s business are supported,and other enterprises with similar problems are provided with useful help and reference.
