With the rapid development of the economy,the competition among various markets has been increasing rapidly,and human resources management in enterprise management has occupied an increasingly important position.This article takes ET Education Group as the research object and discusses the application of the HRBP(Business Partner)model of human resource management in educational enterprises.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are outlined.Based on the analysis of the concepts,principles and characteristics of HRBP theory and HRBP,the status quo of ET Education Group is investigated and ET is studied.The Education Group has established an HRBP model for human resources.It has proposed the HRBP reform path and implementation plan for the ET Education Group.Finally,it summarized the implementation path,influencing factors,and work processes of the HRBP model.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,The current human resources management of ET Education Group urgently needs to break through the bottleneck.Second,The HRBP model can inject vitality into the strategic transformation of ET Education Group.The third one,Construct ET Education Group The three pillars of the HRBP model are the central tasks of the human resources management reform.Finally,The implementation path of the HRBP model of the ET Education Group includes the definition of impact factors,the establishment of competency indicators,and the core workflow.
