With the rapid development of Internet +,mobile Internet,big data and system platform,especially the universal application of Internet technology,traditional human resources service organizations began to seek new forms of human resources services to improve their comprehensive competitiveness.The purpose of this thesis to make use of the methods of literature research,case study,comparative study,statistical analysis and questionnaire survey,through the in-depth study and analysis of human resource service forms of T Talent Service Co.In the development of human resources service based on T Talent Service Co.,it is found that the recruitment means are fixed,and the screening workload is large and inaccurate.Moreover,training consumes more time with single form,and lack of pertinence and strategic thinking;Custody business of household registration agency lack of timeliness;Human resources outsourcing services lack of refinement and not good at using of Internet thinking,etc.From the point of view of how to use the value of Internet +,data management and system platform to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of traditional human resources service organizations,implementing deeply analysis over the application of Internet +,data management and systematization platform in various personnel service links of T Talent Service Co.,to create a new mode of human resources services.Combining with the actual situation,the risk prevention and safeguard measures that should be taken care by the human resources service organizations,after transformation,are put forward.
