With the continuous advancement of globalization,the current world economy has achieved rapid development,and enterprises in various countries pay more and more attention to human resources.As a new industry,the human resources service industry has also developed well in China.It has extended from the original single recruitment business to the high-end products of human resources management consulting,talent evaluation,personnel agency and online recruitment,and a complete set of human resources service value system has gradually taken shape.With the development and perfection of China’s human resources service market,more and more human resources service enterprises have entered the human resources service market one after another,and the industry competition is becoming more and more fierce.Some small-scale and weak enterprises have been defeated in the increasingly fierce market competition.Severe reality requires traditional human resources service enterprises to change their concepts and reposition their development strategies in order to achieve long-term and stable development in the increasingly competitive market environment.Chongqing Z Human Resources Service Company,founded in 1997,is one of the earliest and most professional human resources service providers in China.The unique history has laid the foundation stone for the professional quality of Chongqing Z Human Resources Service Company,and accumulated valuable experience in human resources service and excellent customers.With the continuous development of the company,some drawbacks in the company’s operation process have gradually emerged.The company’s development stamina is insufficient,its main business is strongly competed by competitive enterprises in the same industry,the proportion of high-end business is too low,the existing business is relatively traditional,and problems such as customer concentration risk and capital bottleneck are increasingly prominent.The main reason is that the company’s development strategy has fallen behind the needs of the market,so it is necessary to re-formulate the company’s development strategy,so as to promote the company’s performance as a whole and provide guarantee for the long-term healthy development of the company.Taking Chongqing Z Human Resources Service Company as a specific case,this thesis systematically studies the development strategy of the company,analyzes the macro environment,industry environment,internal resources and capabilities of the company by using the relevant theories and methods of strategic management,and determines the strategic choice of the company by using SWOT analysis matrix,formulates the development strategy of the company and its implementation guarantee measures,and provides strategic guidance for the company.It provides a guarantee for the promotion of the core competitiveness of the company,promotes the sustainable development of the company,makes a certain contribution to the improvement of the theoretical system of the domestic human resources service industry,and provides a certain reference for the business development of peer companies,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
