| In our country, the shackles of the traditional college and university personnel system have been the bottlenecks in the process of college and university’s development. The continuation of the personnel management system under the planned economy system makes university personnel management inefficient, and a set of perfect and sturdy system of academic human resource management is absent. According to the modern organization management theory and practical experience, it is the important step and the inevitable trend to realize the strategic management of academic human resource for improving the organizational performance. Currently, the defects of our country’s university personnel management system become increasingly obvious, and the contradiction between the system and national development, academic development and market development has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, to direct the reform of university personnel management with the thought of strategic management of academic human resource becomes the major issue of the internal reform in universities and colleges.Base on Clark’s coordinate triangle as well as social interaction constitutive theory, the strategic management of academic human resource is analyzed in different angle with the methods of literature research, historical and multidisciplinary research. This thesis provides both a new perspective for explaining the management of academics in university and references for the strategic management of academic human resource practice.On the basis of making clear of the historical changes of university academic human resource management, the thesis explores the connotation and characteristics of strategic management of academic human resource, and analyzes the internal and external dynamics, the field of its operating force, the vector force model of the system of strategic management of academic human resource, and derives the operating mechanism model of the system from the analysis. Based on this, the essence of the operation of strategic management of academic human resource is summed up, that is the interaction between teachers and university institutions. Finally, the action strategies of strategic management of academic human resource is put forward——with the interactive constitution between teachers and university institutions at the core, that is to promote the development of the system jointly with the harmonic change, reversal sudden change, mutual construction between teacher and university and with isostructuralism and commensalism the teachers’action and university’s structure. |
