Research Objective In order to better understand the current situation of professional identity and job burnout of physical education teachers in public primary schools in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City,analyze and study the correlation between professional identity and job burnout.By improving and supplementing the relevant information of physical education teachers in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City,it can provide effective ways to improve physical education teachers’ professional identity and reduce job burnout.Research Methodology The research focuses on the professional identity and burnout of physical education teachers in public primary schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,and the professional identity and burnout of 140 primary school teachers in 16 public primary schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen.Questionnaire surveys on occupational identity and burnout were conducted through offline and online questionnaires.A total of 131 valid questionnaires were collected using mathematical statistics and other methods.Comparative Analysis of Professional Identity and Job Burnout of Physical Education Teachers in Public Schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen City.Research conclusions(1)Physical education teachers in public primary schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen have a higher sense of professional identity and a lower sense of burnout."The "double reduction" policy has a positive effect on the professional identity of physical education teachers in public primary schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,and the burnout of senior physical education teachers over40 years old is more serious than that of younger physical education teachers.(2)Among the differences in professional identity by demographic characteristics,there are significant differences in the professional identity of physical education teachers in public primary schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,by age,job nature,teaching experience,education level,sport level and annual income.Among them,the professional identity of physical education teachers in public primary schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen has significant characteristics of age and teaching age,and the professional identity of older teachers with higher teaching age is higher than that of younger teachers.In addition,the higher the level of sport,the higher the professional identity.(3)Among the differences in burnout by demographic characteristics,there are significant differences in burnout among PE teachers in public primary schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,by age,job nature,teaching age,education level,sports level and annual income.The burnout of physical education teachers in public primary schools in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,is also characterized by age and teaching age,and the burnout of older teachers is higher than that of younger teachers due to the"double reduction" policy.(4)There is a weak positive correlation between the professional identity and burnout of public primary school PE teachers in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,and the professional identity has a significant positive impact on burnout. |
