| In July 2021,the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China promulgated the "double reduction" policy, which delayed the end of school hours and launched "after-school extended hours services" between 3.30 and 5.30.Since its implementation more than one year ago, there have been some promising results, but also some contradictions and problems. Some contradictions and problems have emerged: for example, most schools are currently in the process of exploring the "3:30" after-school extended hours service " because some schools are flexible in carrying out activities, while others have no real name, making it difficult to implement the policy;in addition, some students’ parents are concerned about the" children will face social competition ".In addition, some parents of students are" anxious about the social competition their children will face and the ’heavy’ anxiety of their children’s future ",and are unable to let their children truly " reduce their burden ".Based on this, the study starts from the " current contradictions and problems " and follows the " Guideline for Comprehensive Practical Activity Curriculum for Primary and Secondary Schools " issued by the Ministry of Education in 2017,which calls for " comprehensive use of knowledge from various disciplines, clarification of the relationship between the comprehensive practical activity curriculum and the curricula of various disciplines and the cultivation of various abilities, analysis and In addition to the requirements of the "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education" to be promulgated in 2022,it is also important to develop students’ core qualities,to conduct "interdisciplinary thematic learning",to fully exploit the functions of physical education in terms of "personality development and human development",and to conduct a comprehensive practical activity programme. The study also explored the functions of physical education in terms of "personality development and nurturing" and designed a case study of a comprehensive practical physical education curriculum. The study examined the actual situation of the implementation of the integrated practical activities curriculum in primary schools such as the primary school affiliated to Yunnan Normal University and Dayu Primary School, and took the four themes of"investigation and investigation activities, social service activities, design and production activities, occupational experience and other activities" from Level 1 of the Guidance Outline of Integrated Practical Activities Curriculum for Primary and Secondary Schools(2017 Edition).Based on the constructivist learning theory and Dewey’s "learning by doing" theory,18 cases were designed in four categories: life experience, design and production, health education and life safety, and national culture, and the action research was carried out in the first and second grade students of Dayu Primary School in Chenggong District,Kunming,In the three rounds of practice, students’ behaviour was repeatedly observed, questions were asked, feelings about the lessons were exchanged, and the lessons were videotaped and analysed, diaries were kept, and the cases were constantly ’refined’,resulting in a ’final draft’ of the cases."The final draft of the case.In spite of the best efforts made,it was found that the implementation of the cases required strong organisational skills in physical education and comprehensive subject knowledge, and that some of the cases were more difficult to organise and less effective when there were more students. At the same time,it was also found that the integrated practical activities programme has a positive effect in promoting students’ team awareness, divergent thinking, communication and expression skills, classroom participation, attention, interest and other comprehensive practical skills;it is a useful supplement to the traditional physical education classroom and single-subject teaching format, and can be further explored in the primary school section to find more suitable ways and more suitable content for students. The following suggestions are made:(1)In order to make the integrated practical activities in physical education more effective,we should design more informative cases under the recommended themes of the "Curriculum Guideline for Integrated Practical Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools(2017 Edition)",and implement them continuously to verify their effectiveness;(2)In the process of case design, more emphasis should be placed on the process of practice;(3)We should actively encourage postgraduate students to "collaborate" with teachers of various subjects in primary and secondary schools.(4)to actively encourage graduate students to "collaborate" with teachers of various disciplines, encourage front-line teachers to actively participate in the development and practice of comprehensive practical activity courses in physical education, and cultivate a team of teachers;(5)to continuously strengthen the links between various physical education disciplines and comprehensive practical activity courses, explore the resources of comprehensive practical activity courses in physical education and explore the path of cultivating core literacy etc. |
