| Since General Secretary of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on October 18,2017 that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,a series of task plans has been made for the development of national education,among which,special attention has been paid to the construction of teachers’ ethics.Preschool education,as the basic part of the national education system,bears the important task of guiding early childhood education,and it is more important to implement the task of constructing the ethics of early childhood teachers.But in recent years,preschool teachers’ ethics anomie incident occurred frequently,has the serious influence to the development of pre-school education progress,and improve the quality of preschool education,and social status of preschool teachers’ professional reputation adverse impact,it also exposed the preschool education in the new era of development under the background of education,developmental problems still exist.Preschool education for the development of national education and talent cultivation plan is of great significance,analyses the reason of preschool teachers’ ethics anomie,and a full range of adjustment on the basis of scientific and reasonable,help establish healthy preschool teachers professional ethics,positive practice ethics,is conducive to promote the response of the CPC Central Committee called on preschool education,realize the steady development.Of this study is set in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,with the party central committee on pre-school education ethics practice related guiding ideology as the basis,in order to promote preschool teachers set up correct occupational moral values as the core,the current preschool teachers’ ethics practice of case study,by comparing the preschool teachers’ positive good behavior and part of the practice of virtue ethics anomie behavior of preschool teachers still exist,analysis This paper puts forward some specific suggestions to correct the teaching attitude of preschool teachers,regulate their work words and deeds,and prevent the recurrence of the ethics anomie of preschool teachers.Through the field observation of public and private kindergartens of different nature,as well as different urban and rural kindergartens in the region,this study found that most preschool teachers have paid ideological attention to the practice of teacher ethics,but there are still some preschool teachers who are abnormal in teacher ethics and show wrong education methods.After the research on current situation of kindergarten teachers’ ethics practice,mainly from the society,the kindergarten teacher training and kindergarten teachers’ three aspects has carried on the analysis of the causes,and in view of the existing problems and causes of problems,from the social environment,kindergarten management,kindergarten teachers own development three aspects put forward relevant suggestions,hope in the new era under the background of education development,The cause of preschool education can achieve breakthrough progress. |
