The responsibilities of preschool physical education teacher include: Earnestly implement the "kindergarten work rules",carry out class education step by step;Establish a correct view of children,education,love children,respect children,to children do care,careful,patient,do not favor,adhere to positive education,strictly prohibit corporal punishment and disguised corporal punishment;Guide children to take the initiative to learn;Make preparations before class,pay attention to children’s safety,and prevent accidents;Actively participate in educational research and various business further study,the courage to reform,innovation,and constantly improve their own professional quality.The construction of good teachers ’ethics is the foundation for preschool physical education teachers’ education.Since 2019,various state departments have jointly issued the Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Construction of Teachers’ Ethics in the New Era.In recent years,China has been insisting on strengthening the construction of teachers ’ethics,and strive to improve teachers’ ethics.The construction of teachers’ ethics includes many aspects,and the most important six aspects are political literacy,love and dedication,caring for students,professional knowledge,unity and cooperation,and lifelong learning.At present,there have been some problems in the construction of preschool physical education teachers’ ethics.It is reported that some preschool physical education teachers are injured due to lack of professional knowledge,which has a significant impact on their future growth and development.In addition,it is reported that in recent years,"child abuse" incidents emerge in an endless stream,some children physical education teachers abuse,beating and other heinous behavior,to children caused great physical and psychological trauma.These black sheep have also seriously affected the image of preschool physical education teachers.These examples suggest that the level of preschool physical education teachers is uneven,and the cognition of teachers’ ethics is insufficient.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the level of preschool physical education teachers.This study mainly uses the literature data method,investigation method(questionnaire survey method,interview method,Delphi method),mathematical statistics method and other methods to investigate the current situation of the construction of teachers in Shijiazhuang,summarize and analyze the reasons,and puts forward the construction path according to the current situation and reasons.The following results are obtained:1.Through theoretical research,the concept of preschool PE teachers’ ethics,the responsibilities of preschool PE teachers and the construction content are made clear.2.To investigate the current situation of preschool PE teachers in Shijiazhuang,the problems were found:(1)The proportion of party members in preschool PE teachers is low,and their political literacy needs to be improved.(2)Due to the high professional pressure,preschool physical education teachers have low job satisfaction.(3)Preschool physical education teachers do not care for students properly.At the level of mental health,they believe that children’s mental training is only the responsibility of preschool psychological teachers,and there is corporal punishment in the level of physical health.(4)The overall education background of preschool physical education teachers is low,and they rarely have professional sports certificates.Some preschool physical education teachers still have not obtained the professional qualification certificate and do not understand the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trial)",and their professional knowledge is insufficient.(5)There are few problems in unity and cooperation.Most teachers can achieve unity and cooperation and teach students to unity and cooperation.(6)Preschool physical education teachers rarely participate in training activities or carry out self-learning,and cannot achieve lifelong learning.3.Summarize and analyze the causes of the problems found in the survey:(1)The number of party members in the team is low,causing the Party branch to work hard;the preschool PE teachers do not have enough time and energy to learn political theories and have no appropriate learning platform.(2)High work intensity,great mental pressure,and parents’ understanding is not high.(3)Preschool physical education teachers have a unclear understanding of their own responsibilities,and think that caring for children’s emotions is not within the scope of their functions.(4)Preschool physical education teachers are scarce and limited energy,unable cannot actively learn and keep pace with The Times.(5)There are few problems in unity and cooperation.Most teachers can achieve unity and cooperation and teach students to unity and cooperation.(6)Subjectively,preschool PE teachers lack understanding of books or online learning and ignore their ability improvement;not provide a good learning environment and learning platform.4.Based on the above found problems and analyzed reasons,the following construction paths are proposed:(1)Schools should create conditions for preschool PE teachers to learn new political theory knowledge,arm teachers with scientific theories,and solve difficult problems in their ideological cognition;meanwhile,to combine theory with practice,educate teachers with exemplary characters and deeds,and carry out teacher learning activities.(2)Clear responsibilities,let each preschool PE teacher clear their work responsibilities;strive to improve their ideological and moral cultivation,strengthen their professional responsibility,respect and care for teachers,strengthen the communication between teachers and parents or students;and create a relaxed and pleasant working environment for teachers.(3)Increase the teaching of preschool physical education and train more preschool physical education teachers to relieve teachers and have enough energy to improve the salary of preschool physical education teachers to work with more enthusiasm;pay attention to emotional education;strengthen the strict management of teachers,carelessly,punish the regulations of those teachers;violate the education management,deepen the psychological construction of "never forget the original intention,love and responsibility",deepen the love,patience and carefulness,and resolutely eliminate corporal punishment.(4)Strengthen the training and learning of teachers,actively encourage teachers to participate in the promotion of academic qualifications;increase the professional knowledge training of preschool physical education teachers,regular assessment;encourage preschool physical education teachers to learn themselves,teachers can improve their professional level by reading books and learning theory lectures.We can also communicate with other preschool physical education teachers or other kindergarten teachers,communicate with each other,learn and progress,study the successful experience of others and learn into use.(5)Carry out sports and art activities and trade union activities that are conducive to teachers’ physical and mental health and need unity and cooperation,and lead students to carry out more activities that need unity and cooperation.(6)Call on preschool PE teachers to communicate with other teachers,learn from each other,and develop and progress together;encourage preschool PE teachers to read more books or participate in online learning activities;kindergartens should organize regular training for teachers to learn relevant education and teaching knowledge by participating in training.
