Preschool education is a field full of ethical attributes,and the professional ethics of preschool teachers is a part that cannot be ignored in the process of preschool teachers’ professionalization.Although there are many researches on teachers’ professional ethics,there are few discussions on the ethical norms formulated by the frontline of preschool education.Therefore,this study points the research object to the kindergarten ethics codes of each kindergarten,and then explores the current situation of the kindergarten ethics codes in our country.This research focuses on the use of content analysis and interview methods.Select the kindergarten-based ethics codes of 100 kindergartens in Zhejiang Province,and formulate the text structure dimension,ethical object dimension,level dimension,and core value dimension on the basis of reading the content and the research of domestic and foreign teachers’ ethical standards text documents and the opinions of relevant scholars and experts.Analytical framework of ethical norms.Use NVivo11 as the coding tool to quantify the nodes obtained in each dimension,and finally use SPSS25.0 to perform K-means clustering analysis in the four dimensions,and divide them into ideal type,clause type,supplementary type and initiative type.class.In addition,in order to further obtain the status quo of the ethical norms of the garden,the researchers analyzed the content of the four types of ethical norms of the garden,and at the same time,selected six principals to conduct in-depth interviews on the ethical norms of the garden.The research conclusions obtained from the text and practical level are as follows: 1.The formulation of the subject and time.The main body of the formulation of the kindergarten ethics code is kindergarten,and the formulation time is concentrated in the past two years.2.Text structure dimension.The ideal type is mainly based on "preface +content",supplemented by "direct content";the clause type is mainly based on "direct content",and several ethical codes are listed in the form of a simple list;the supplementary type is basically expanded by "direct content" with both content Qualitative norms and quantitative assessment;the proposal types are all "direct content",which are mostly presented in the form of proposal texts,often appearing on electronic media such as public accounts.3.The ethical object dimension.The four types all focus on the ethical responsibility of the kindergarten teachers’ personal civilization and accomplishment.The ideal ethical target is more comprehensive;the clause type is the second;the supplement type is less;the suggestion type is the least.4.Hierarchical dimensions.The ideal type has both moral rules,principles and ideal levels,and the normative level is more suitable;the clause type lists ethical items,the level is not clear,but mainly based on moral principles and rule levels;the supplementary type is mostly located under different management regulations,based on moral principles,The level of rules is the main,and the proportion of rules is large,and the operability is strong;the level of the ethical norms of the initiative type garden is relatively single,and the level of moral ideals is the main.5.Dimension of core values.The four types all emphasize "caring" and have less focus on the core value of "happiness".In addition,the other core values of the ideal type are relatively prominent;the clause type focuses on "respect";the supplement type focuses on "development";and the advocacy type is relatively few.Based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are made for the ethical standards of the garden: 1.Pay attention to the formulation of the ethical standards of the garden and pay attention to its dynamic formation;2.Experience the guiding value of the preface of the ideal garden ethics;3.Ensure that the ethical standards of the garden are in place The comprehensiveness of the ethical object orientation;4.Pay attention to the rigor and level of expression of the garden-based ethical code;5.Give play to the leading role of the core values of the garden-based ethical code,and use relevant guilds to organize publicity and guidance.
