As a new research field,"physical literacy" provides a new research direction for scholars at home and abroad.The term "physical literacy" has been mentioned many times in the "Outline for Building a Powerful Sports Country" promulgated by the General Office of the State Council in August 2019,and pointed out that the physical literacy of adolescents is an important part of school physical education.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate and improve the physical quality of young people in the process of promoting physical education.The purpose of this study is to carry out experimental research on physical literacy,to explore the impact of aerobic aerobics exercise intervention on the physical literacy of junior high school girls,and to put forward relevant suggestions for the further improvement of my country’s sports and health curriculum standards.This paper adopts the method of literature data,experiment method,questionnaire interview method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.The Canadian CAPL-2 evaluation system(full name: Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy)was used as the evaluation standard,and 20 girls in each of the two classes of the junior high school grade of Jinyuan District Experimental Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects,and performed aerobic aerobics for 12 weeks respectively.Exercise teaching and other sports teaching interventions.By using SPSS25.0 software,the questionnaires and test items scores of the subjects were used for statistical sorting and comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment.The study draws the following conclusions and recommendations:Analysis conclusion:1.Through the research and analysis of the foreign physical literacy evaluation system and the domestic sports and health curriculum standards,it is found that the domestic sports and health curriculum standards still have deficiencies in the psychological evaluation indicators,while the Canadian CAPL-2 evaluation system has specific Therefore,the construction of the physical literacy evaluation system in my country still needs to be explored.2.In terms of physical ability,both the experimental group and the control group showed a significant increase in the 15-meter lap run and the CAMSA obstacle run,while the plank performance did not increase significantly.The results showed that the experimental intervention significantly improved the cardiorespiratory endurance and agile coordination quality of the subjects in the experimental group and the control group,but did not significantly improve the core strength.3.In terms of motivation and confidence,the experimental group’s performance has improved significantly,while the control group has no significant improvement.It is shown that the experimental intervention significantly improves the enthusiasm and confidence of the subjects in the experimental group to participate in physical exercise,while there is no significant change in the subjects in the control group.4.In terms of knowledge and understanding,the scores of the experimental group and the control group have been significantly improved,indicating that the experimental intervention has significantly improved the understanding ability of the subjects in the experimental group and the control group on sports knowledge.5.In terms of daily behavior,the experimental group’s performance has improved significantly,while the control group has no obvious improvement.It shows that the experimental intervention can promote the enthusiasm of the subjects in the experimental group to participate in daily physical exercise,but there is no significant change in the subjects in the control group.suggestion:1.Relevant researchers in China should actively carry out research on the construction of physical literacy assessment system,and continuously improve the standards of existing physical education and health courses by drawing on excellent foreign experience.2.Targeted physical ability exercises should be added to the teaching of other sports to enhance the physical abilities of junior high school girls.When performing aerobic aerobics exercises,add core strength exercises to enhance core strength and make aerobic aerobics movements more beautiful.3.Junior high school girls are in a period of rapid growth and development.Teachers should choose and arrange sports activities reasonably according to their physical and mental development characteristics.4.When teaching other sports,teach in an organized,disciplined and planned way,set up interesting physical education activities,and mobilize the active awareness of junior high school girls to actively participate in activities,thereby enhancing the intensity of daily activities.5.In this experiment,the impact of aerobics on the physical literacy of junior high school girls is used as the research object,and it is recommended that in the experimental study on physical literacy,the experimental study of physical literacy of other sports projects should be carried out.
