Primary and secondary school students are the backbone of the future development of various undertakings in China,and their physical and mental health level is closely related to the future fate of the country.In the current international education in the field of high attention to students "core literacy" and China vigorously promote the "healthy China" under the dual environment,primary and secondary students "Physical core literacy" is a strong momentum into the people’s vision,for people pay attention to it.So,how to assessment the physical literacy of primary and secondary school students?What tools can be used to assess sports literary?What kind of physical literacy assessment tool is really suitable for Chinese primary and secondary school students?The thinking and questioning of these academic problems is undoubtedly a very important theoretical and practical significance for the assessment and further promotion of the assessment of primary and middle school students in China.At present,China’s "physical literacy" was gradually waves,there is no such a physical literacy tools can be used directly for primary and secondary school students.In today’s international sports research field,"Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy"(Canadian Physical Literature Assessment,CAPL)is a more systematic and comprehensive assessment tool.Its in-depth study and implementation of the localization of the revision,will be a way to enhance the literacy of primary and secondary school students and help healthy China’s useful exploration.In this study,based on a large number of references,the CAPL literacy tool was revised.The CAPL tool was refined by the translation-back-translation-revision process;interviews were conducted to investigate the extent to which physical education teachers and students understood the contents and requirements of the revised CAPL tool;the CAPL tool translation validity test was carried out by an expert survey;The reliability of the revised CAPL tool was tested by student testing.Through the study,the following conclusions:1.Revised CAPL assessment tools,including physical ability tests,physical activity surveys and "what’s most like me" survey three parts,with the original CAPL has a good fit,to better express the original intention.2.The revised CAPL assessment tool’s physical activity survey and the "what’s most like me" survey have good internal consistency reliability and re-test reliability,the physical ability test has a good re-test reliability,but the internal consistency of the degree is relatively low.
