Middle school students are in the critical period of physical development who is the symbol of this era and the future of our country.Stronger young men result in a much powerful country.Among all the influencing factors,the physical quality of them directly determine the fate of the country and the future of our nation.In recent years,with the development of economy and culture,the people's living standard has been greatly improved and the material condition has been enriched constantly.However,with the increasing pressure of schoolwork,the time for physical exercise has been greatly reduced,and the passion of middle school students to take part in sports has also shown a downward trend.What's worse,students show negative attitudes towards physical education curriculum,which directly leads to the decline of students' physical fitness and increase of obesity rate.Therefore,the future physical education teaching in middle schools facing tremendous difficulties and challengesUnder the background of the new curriculum reform,"health first" has become the guiding ideology of teaching.The traditional physical education curriculum is far from meeting the growing material and cultural needs,hence,the physical education reform is in urgent need.Based on the traditional physical education curriculum,the critical to the reform is to introduce new teaching methods.In June 2018,aerobics was formally enter the sports test items of the secondary school entrance examination,which received greater attention.However,there was few research based on the influence of aerobics physical on the fitness of middle school students.The lack of systematic and reasonable research of it would not only influence the rational arrangement of physical education teaching,but also reduce students' enthusiasm for learning.Therefore,based on the female group of middle school,this paper aims at exploring the influence of Aerobics on the physical quality.On account of the physical education teaching,the theoretical knowledge of sports psychology,and referring to a large number of literature and video materials on Aerobics teaching,as well as interviews with relevant experts,this paper analyze the effect of Aerobics on junior high school girls' physical fitness.The study provides a theoretical basis for the Aerobics teaching in middle schools.In the investigation process,we combined the physical quality of middle school students'and the action essentials of Aerobics exercise,accompanied by music,a set of gymnastics combination of e upper limb movement,the movement of the core parts and the lower limbs in four directions,which is in line with the exercise load of middle school girls and easy to learn,easy to stimulate students' interest.In this paper,60 female students in Boshan Experimental Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects.Four research methods including literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey were conducted.And the experimental subjects were given a 16-week aerobics teaching.Based on the current physical fitness of the experimental subjects,combined with the beautiful and diverse characteristics of Aerobics movements,the experimental intervention of Aerobics Teaching with moderate load,full content and strong attraction was carried out.By comparing the changes of various indexes of physical fitness before and after Aerobics Teaching between the control group and the experimental group,the following conclusions are achieved:1.Aerobics exercise has a positive effect on the flexibility,core strength,speed quality and endurance quality of junior high school girls.Among them,it has a very significant promotion effect on flexibility and core strength,and has a significant promotion on speed quality and endurance quality.effect.2.Traditional sports activities are less significant for junior high school girls' pliable quality,core strength,speed quality,endurance quality,and promotion.3.Learning aerobics routines can effectively promote the development of students' physical fitness.For some schools with limited venues and sports facilities,it is feasible to use 3 minutes or so of aerobics routines to replace the imperfect training of school facilities in the classroom.
