The research on the combination of reflective learning and high school ideology and politics is to further effectively improve students’ autonomous learning ability and endow students with the ability of self-change,so that students can learn as soon as possible in the critical period of study, adjust their current situation to actively adapt to increasingly complex social changes, and it is also a positive response to the implementation of students’ subject core literacy. Therefore, cultivating high school students’ Ideological and political reflective learning is of great significance to meet the needs of students’ autonomous learning and the requirements of society for talents.By reading the literature, the author sorts out the theoretical research on reflective learning at home and abroad, and defines the concepts of reflection, reflective learning and ideological and political reflective learning in senior high school. On the basis of sorting out the literature, this paper investigates the current situation of high school students’ Ideological and political reflective learning by using the methods of questionnaire and interview. The results show that the vast majority of students affirm and agree that reflective learning plays an important role in the study of Ideological and political courses, and have a little reflective foundation in reflective habits, reflective methods and reflective contents; The existing problems are as follows: the students’ reflection consciousness is not positive, the reflection habit is not good, the reflection method is single, and the reflection content is not comprehensive. At the same time, there are obvious gender differences and grade differences.Among them, the average value of girls in all dimensions of reflective learning is higher than that of boys. The average value of senior one students in all dimensions of reflective learning is the lowest, while the performance of senior two students in all dimensions of reflective learning is not different from that of senior three students. The causes of the existing problems are mainly analyzed from the perspective of internal and external causes. The internal factors are that students’ autonomy and initiative affect reflective learning, students’ bad learning habits affect reflective learning, and students’ blindness affect reflective learning. The external factors are mainly teachers’ own quality and too many school curriculum arrangements.Combined with the above problems and cause analysis, this paper puts forward five training strategies for high school students’ Ideological and political reflective learning: first, strengthen students’ reflective consciousness: strengthen students’ reflective consciousness in stimulating learning motivation, strengthen students’ reflective consciousness in creating reflective environment, and strengthen students’ reflective consciousness in updating reflective cognition;Second, cultivate students’ good reflection habits: cultivate reflection habits in the writing of reflection cards before and after class,in the construction of knowledge system,in different types of reflection records, and in the feedback of portfolio evaluation;Third, expand students’ reflection methods: build communication and cooperation reflection between teachers and students, and use network resources to promote reflection;Fourth, build the periodic reflection of day, week, month and year:Daily reflection, weekly reflection, monthly reflection and annual reflection;Fifth, clarify the evaluation criteria of reflective learning: good reflection is to reflect on their own motivation, good reflection can guide the future, good reflection needs to be questioned constantly, and good reflection will point to and accelerate action.
