With the prevalence and implementation of the new curriculum reform and new curriculum standards,the curriculum construction of ideological and political education is gradually moving towards a new course of development.The majority of front-line teachers need to keep up with the trend of the times,update their teaching methods,recognize the characteristics and value of reflective teaching,implement reflective teaching and raise the effectiveness of teaching to a new stage.Reflective teaching is not simply a form of self-reflection.It focuses on some of the problems that arise in education and teaching,and reflects on these problems and gains more experience from solving them as a way to improve teaching,so reflective teaching helps teachers to identify problems in the classroom so that they can learn how to teach,improve students’ reflective skills and help them learn how to learn.Reflection should be carried out throughout the whole teaching process.Pre-teach reflection is a kind of pre-determined forward-looking reflection,mainly to make teaching a conscious practice,enhance relevance and science;in the classroom is a regulatory reflection,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of the classroom;after the classroom is a critical reflection,aiming to improve the teacher’s ability to judge and summarize teaching experience.The main content of the thesis includes three aspects: first,it outlines the theory of reflective teaching,including the concept of reflective teaching,theoretical foundations that support it and common approaches to reflective teaching,so as to explore the characteristics and value of reflective teaching in high school ideology and politics classes.Second,from the perspective of teaching practice,the problems in the use of reflective teaching in senior high school ideology and politics courses are summarized,and the main reasons are the importance attached to reflective teaching,the understanding of reflective teaching theory,the influence of "grade theory" and the interaction between teachers and students.Third,we discuss the countermeasures for effective reflective teaching in high school ideology and politics classes,including optimizing the education and teaching process,improving teachers’ reflective ability,improving the teaching evaluation mechanism,and strengthening teacher-student interaction.Society’s demand for a fully developed person drives teaching reform,and ideology and politics teachers can only make correct use of reflective teaching if they realize the necessity and importance of reflective teaching,and only if they achieve a change in their thinking,therefore,they need to make certain efforts in theory and practice. |
