Research On Mechanism Of Multiple Subject Involved In Rural Social Work

With the in-depth development of rural revitalization,the role of social work in helping poverty alleviation,serving the development of farmers,and promoting the civilization of rural customs has become increasingly significant,and rural social work has become one of the hot areas of new rural work.However,problems such as late start,weak foundation,and low degree of specialization are restricting the progress of rural social work,and the perspective of attention to rural social work in the research is still relatively single,and the theoretical system has not been constructed.Taking the practice of social work in Town A of Rizhao City,Shandong Province as an example,this paper uses the literature research method and the qualitative research method to collect,sort out and analyze data based on project cases,discusses the status,problems and influencing factors of multiple subjects represented by the government,grassroots mass autonomous organizations,social organizations,social workers and volunteers,and puts forward suggestions for mechanism development,in order to accumulate empirical research data for the progress of rural social work in our country.Through the investigation of the practice of rural social work in town A,and the specific investigation of the development of the three projects of "Rukang Home" for the disabled,"Happiness Home" for the elderly,and "Hope Hut" for children,and summarizing and reflecting on the practice process,it is found that the participation of multiple subjects in rural social work has played a positive role in the individual development of farmers and the construction of rural social work talents,and a relatively comprehensive multi-subject participation pattern has been constructed.But there are still five outstanding problems,such as insufficient government support,insufficient development resources,insufficient autonomy,insufficient participation subjects and insufficient professional ability,affecting the quality of rural social work and weakened the degree of specialization of rural social work.Combined with project analysis and practical thinking,the author believes that there are three main reasons for the above problems:first,there is an offside problem in the role of the government,second,the construction of local social workers is insufficient,and third,the construction of rural community service platforms is not perfect.Based on the above research,the author combined her own thinking and proposed a feasible mechanism for multiple subjects to participate in rural social work:under the guidance of the government,multiple subjects communicate and coordinate,complement each other’s advantages,build a cooperation framework,and jointly aim at promoting rural social development through social work.First,transform the leading role of government.Second,build a rural community service platform to create a good development environment for multiple subjects.Third,build a team of rural social work talents and optimize the composition of talents.Fourth,build a framework for government,society and market cooperation,and form a benign connection between the civil system,the government system and the social work system.In short,the participation of multiple subjects in rural social work has accumulated experience in practice,and enriches the theory of rural social work theory.At the end of this paper,a discussion is carried out on promoting the combination of specialization and localization of social work,as well as the key issue of rural social work-the awakening of farmers’ awareness of individual development,in order to think more comprehensively about the practice of pluralistic subj ects in rural social work.
