| The employment of postgraduates in physical education is an important part of promoting the employment of college graduates and a core issue related to the construction of physical education disciplines and the quality of sports personnel training.Under the new development situation,the employment problem of sports master graduates is becoming increasingly prominent.On the one hand,due to the continuous expansion of enrollment scale and the sharp increase in the number of students,the serious imbalance between supply and demand between sports master graduates and social demand is caused,and the employment pressure is increasing.On the other hand,the discipline characteristics of physical education determine that the employment field of physical education master graduates is relatively narrow,in the current grim employment situation,obviously at a disadvantage.This research university sports graduate employment in Shanxi Province as the research object,to shanxi university,shanxi normal university,taiyuan university of science and technology,north university sports nearly 5 years master degree graduates as investigation object,using the method of documentary,depth interview,grounded theory and logic analysis on sports graduate employment in Shanxi Province were investigated,In order to find out the key factors affecting the employment of physical education postgraduates,and clarify their mutual relations,to provide reference for the establishment of relevant systems and practical work guidance.The results show that :(1)employability is the core factor to promote graduates’ employment,and the key link to guarantee the smooth employment of P.E.postgraduates.(2)Employment demand is the key demand for graduates’ employment,and plays an indispensable role in the employment process of sports masters.(3)College curriculum practice is the supporting factor for graduates’ employment,which plays an important role in helping graduates’ employment.(4)Government regulation plays a positive role in the employment process.The state attaches particular importance to the employment of college graduates.Every year,the government always issues relevant policies and measures to promote their employment in the graduation season to ensure the smooth employment of graduates.In view of the above analysis of factors affecting the employment of physical education master graduates in Shanxi Province,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)strengthen school-enterprise cooperation.School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate the innovation ability of physical education master graduates.Colleges and universities must attach importance to and strengthen the cooperative relationship with enterprises.(2)To enrich practical courses,colleges and universities should optimize the curriculum structure,increase practical courses appropriately,realize the effective combination of theory and practice,and provide conditions for cultivating students’ innovation ability and strengthening practical ability.(3)Improving employment guidance courses is an important part of the employment needs of sports masters.(4)Actively implement the employment policy for college graduates.The government,as the guide and supervisor of universities and enterprises,plays an important role in improving the employment ability of sports master graduates and promoting the smooth employment of graduates. |
