The physical and mental health of children and adolescents in the post-epidemic era has increasingly become the top concern of the Chinese society.However,the fragmented social governance structure in China has severed the three social ecological fields of family,school and community,which is one of the important reasons for the continuous decline of the physical health level of children and adolescents in China.Based on different reality fields of family,school and community,this study integrates comprehensive paradigm of qualitative and quantitative analysis to explore the key influencing factors and mechanism of physical activity of children and adolescents in China,which is of great significance to effectively promote the level of physical activity of children and adolescents.This study was designed through the four interview outline,respectively,for children,parents,primary and secondary school teachers,administrative department manager to interview.Based on grounded theory research paradigm,I interviewed text using bottom-up three-level coding process construct include individuals,families,schools,community index system of the influence factors of the four main categories.On this basis,the model of "Three Non-dissociation of Family and School Community" was constructed.Based on the model,the"Children and Adolescent Physical Activity Influencing Factors Scale" was designed,and the key influencing factors and their mechanism of physical activity of children and adolescents in China were analyzed with the scale,three-axis accelerometer Actigraph GT3X+and Daily Physical Activity Recall Table.The main research results are as follows:1.The grade has significant difference on the factors of school sports atmosphere;BMI has significant difference on emotional support and financial support factors;Gender,single child or myopia had no significant effect on the influencing factors.2.The father’s body shape has a significant influence on the financial support factor,while the mother has no such influence;The scores of the children of the parents with higher education were higher than those of the parents without higher education in most influencing factors.3.There are significant differences in the time of low,medium and high intensity physical activity between the sexes on school days and rest days,and the time of male students’ physical activity is higher than that of female students in the long run;There were significant differences in the time dimension of sleep,sedentary,low and medium intensity physical activity on school days,and significant differences in the time dimension of low intensity physical activity on rest days;BMI and myopia had no significant effect on the duration of physical activity.4.There is no significant difference in the duration of physical activity between school day and rest day between parents’ body shape and education level.5.The key influencing factors of children and adolescents’ physical activity include 11 factors,such as school hardware facilities,friendship(classmates),school sports atmosphere,sports and health courses,physical education teachers,parents’ sports cognition,financial support,emotional support,community sports facilities,community sports atmosphere,and built environment.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.Key influencing factors in the school field have a "dominant effect" on the physical activity behavior of children and adolescents.2.Key influencing factors in the family field have a "timely effect" on children and adolescents’physical activity behavior.3.Key influencing factors in the community field have a "complementary effect" on children and adolescents’ physical activity behavior.4.Individual factors in the field of "family,school and community" do not actively influence the effect.5.Factors influencing physical activity of children and adolescents interact with each other in the three fields,forming four mechanisms:cross-domain radiation,same-domain promotion,hetero-domain influence and interdomain fluctuation.
